    Middle traps
    Structure ko maintain means body ko aake jhukne se rokta hai and lower traps shoulder depression rakhne me help karta hai and upper traps frame hold karne ka kaam krta h , standing dumbbell shrugs se only upper trap ke fibres include hote hain standing position me shy of bend rehna zaruri hai and middle ke lie prone shrugs and Lower traps lat pull down me includ hojata h

    Brother....... all three trapezius fibres doesn’t solely and optimally work on shrug and rotate the shoulder .
    1.Upper fibre PRIMARILY work on elevation of shoulder(scapula) .
    2. Middle fibre is PRIMARILY work on retraction of scapula.
    And
    3. Lower fibre is PRIMARILY work on depression of scapula.......
    Apart from it i agree what you said....

    Very informative video..it's right that in today's time our spine posture is getting weak and nobody pays much attention to it. Can you make or suggest videos or other information regarding this topic as how to have proper posture or adopt proper exercises to keep ourselves in a proper way, also for kids too as they are spending too much time in today's time because of online classes on laptops and mobile phones. It worries me and I think other parents too.

      Pushups strength ke liye increase. overall.upper body strength
      Bench presses , shoulder presses, pullups etc all when done progressively will help increase push up strength

    मे shoulder की exercises करने के बाद last मे Shrugs कर्ता हू, वेसे तो सही ही कर रहा था फिर भी आपका वीडियो देख कर confirmed कर लिया..
    मे 15kg से Shrugs कर्ता हू क्या मुजे वजन बढ़ाना चाहिए? अच्छे रिजल्ट के लिए..
