Very informative video..it's right that in today's time our spine posture is getting weak and nobody pays much attention to it. Can you make or suggest videos or other information regarding this topic as how to have proper posture or adopt proper exercises to keep ourselves in a proper way, also for kids too as they are spending too much time in today's time because of online classes on laptops and mobile phones. Pushups strength ke liye increase. overall.upper body strength Bench presses , shoulder presses, pullups etc all when done progressively will help increase push up strength
