    From my perspective it's all Genetics . Some people are gifted with Great genetics and Broke Lesner is one of them. I know things fact that No matter how great your genetics but you have to work hard like all other people to reach your potential.

    Sir, I want big upper traps but I don't like any variation of shrugs. However, I'm doing seated and bent over rowing along with deadlifts and other pulling exercises. Can i still build big upper traps by avoiding shrugs and doing only these exercises?

    EMG is good in deciding which exercises are best for activation but only as long as the exercises are isotonic. Hence exercises where traps are worked isometrically were not stressed upon.
    Two exercises were kept only in passing mention, which in my opinion should have been number 1 and number 2.
    Deadlifts and Farmers carry
    Not possible to move the bar an inch off the floor unless traps are fully contracted.

    Hello sir, I am a huge fan of yours from Pakistan and have seen every video of yours and you have educated me a lot as well.
    But I have a question : If I do the weight training and do the eleptical machine for 10 mins daily in the gym, will I not be able to build muscles due to 10 min of eleptical daily?
    (Btw I am skinny fat, and my weight is 63)
    My trainer has said that I will get kamzor 😅
    Plz reply. I am highly curious.

    Sir I am 13 yr old and my height is around 5.0ft. Our genetic have comparatively less height around 5.6 ft and my elder brother have 5.9 ft , but still my height is not increasing. Sir plz do you have any solution for me 🙏 .

    Nice video as always unlike a few pseudo studies ke 14 who will say -Aaj hee yeh exercise karna chor do😂😂😂😂 As agar old school itna hee bura hota toh Jeff Nippard, sean nalewanyj, Greg and even Athlean X kuch na kuch compound lifts apna training program mei incorporate naheen karta
    BTW sir how to maintain flexibility and agility and do calisthenics movement while increasing muscle mass for eg Brock is around 280pounds and he still jumps around 4feet odd while entering the ring and does Monkey Bars
