    Gaurav is also a Professional Pilot. He is a Captain with one of the major airlines in India.

    Guys this is very good technique its called snatch pulls or clean pulls. Just make sure u warm up ur shoulders before doing this specially with barbell coz this is jerking motion n bodybuilder who never did these shd be aware of injury. P.s you can use straps and chalk for better grip. If u r doing on barbell make sure you dnt drop the weight it can break floor unless its hard rubber or wood.

    Will try this technique for sure . Before this, once u suggested to do shrugs by holding wide grip and to do it from behind the neck by keeping the legs little inside the bar and the body slightly tilting towards front..That technique was also effective...

    Hi Gaurav! As always, great content.
    Just thought I'd add a small point. The trapezius is a single large muscle, but it can be targeted in 3 different motions. The most common: elevation (shrugs), pulling/retraction of scapula and downward pressing. (Dipping)
