His attempt to bribe you not to publish speaks to his moral compass but also gives some insight into his cost-of-doing-business ethics. It might also indicate how local police are embedded in these types of operations. He was definitely more afraid of RUclips than he was of cops or fraud accusations - rather like when baiters threaten to tell a scammer's mother about their exploits.😅 Great work on this project and it's wonderful to hear an Irish accent in this genre.

Thank you Jim. I’ve learned so much from you. I’m not very tech savvy so when my phone rings and someone with an Indian accent says “Hello Ma’am, how are you today?” I tell them….. and it’s a long, long, long litany of woe. My health issues, my dog’s health issues, the weather, on and on. I don’t let them interrupt and they usually hang up pretty quickly. If I’m feeling more playful and they ask me if I have a computer I say “yes, I just use it for internet banking. My husband used to do it but he died so I now have to manage the investments myself.” You can practically hear them drooling. I string them along pretending to be deaf, stupid and incompetent. The longest I’ve kept them going is 22 minutes, which is 22 minutes they’re not scamming someone else. They get angry and hang up which makes my day. Thank you Jim, for what you do.

That is what I find heartbreaking -- what we did in Afghanistan, Syria, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Laos, Vietnam, etc...
We elect our governments and our governments play the world police, raping and destroying countries, and then half a decade later, we say: "oh, that's really heartbreaking, how Iran doesn't respect its women" without having a single shred of awareness about the role we played in that country's demise.
