Hi everyone! I've been getting a lot of repeat questions on this video so I'm planning on doing a Q&A style video to answer any questions you guys have! If you have anything in particular that you'd like the know, drop a reply under this post and I will try to cover them all. Thanks for all the love and kind words! ❤️
hi! I'm really curious about your eating habits during these weeks/if you dieted or any changes! If not any changes, what you normally ate! thank you, this is really motivating.
Me too! It bothers me when I workout and don't feel sore the next day. Luckily switching from Chloe to running I feel sore, but not sore enough where I can't do my job.
It's actually crazy coz once you felt sore, it feels like you are waiting for the same feeling when you are working out. I did the challenge too. Lets be friends ladies!
I‘m 100% sure that this is the case for you. You slimmed down sooo much, you definitely lost fat and gained some lean muscle mass! You look amazing :) but your mindset had the biggest transformation. Your confidence and happiness is great, keep it up!
ugh love seeing girls with bodies like mine do this and getting results. I’m only on day 2 and feeling more energetic than ever!! If i don’t see any changes tho i’m gonna be so sad lol
@@annakarina3640 I'm starting the shred tomorrow and I've been eating pretty clean for a couple weeks. Not sure if this will help but in my opinion I feel like diets can be overwhelming, I've been quitting coffee and sugar. And I try to incorporate only fruit, veggies, lean meat, eggs, and other things like pb and yogurt into my eating. I feel so much more energetic! I hope this helps. :)
I also tend to do that some times or I swap it out for something else like Russian Twist or Crunches so I don’t feel as bad for not doing the Up and Down planks ❤️
I change it for regular planks, so I'm not being lazy. of course I can't hold it all the time, I'm human, so I rest like 3 sec and came back to the plank (I did it like 5 times 😂)
You can also do them on your knees. Like a push up on your knees. At the end of a workout, I can't do up and down planks anymore so I do them on my knees too 😄
Does you hand feel numb because mine feels numb and I'm not able to feel my fingers and thumb and I'm not able to write anything what should I do 🙂 I've my exams in July does my numbness is going to recover till July I'm so nervous and worried 😭😭😭😭
@@AnnieHazarika Don't feel any shame giving yourself a break. There is nothing wrong with saying "my body is already working double right now, I need some rest."

I also did the 2 weeks shred challenge and I didn‘t expect to finish it, but I did. Since then I really got into working out. I started to look wayyyy slimmer and more toned but gained a little weight at first, which made me (sadly) kinda insecure. Now I know that it was really stupid of me to think that way because it‘s normal to gain weight when you‘re gaining muscle. Now it‘s even kinda fun to work out. You can do it as well. One day you‘ll be able to do those stupid up and down planks as well!!! You just have to be patient
This is the best comment I have seen on all the body workout videos. You are a very good person because you not only did the whole workout because you put your comment here to inspire us and I really inspired ♥️
finally someone who has the same body type as me, im on day 2 and girl im struggling. i haven’t been able to do the up and down planks, yet, but its getting better
This is so refreshing. I began with the same starting weight. Got discouraged because the scale didn’t change much, went up actually but I knew it had to be from a change in muscle mass. I’m def seeing body results so far. You did great!
Regarding up and down planks. If you can't do them maybe try them with the knees on the floor. Like the easier pushups. That should help I think. They are really nasty.
You got this! Modify however you need to make it work for you. Honestly I didn't really start seeing results until the second week so definitely keep at it!
Im on 7 too and dnt really see results but i watched someone elses video (hoping to get motivated ) and she said she didnt start seeing results till the 2nd week. So we need to keep going🔥🔥
OMG my jaw literally dropped at your after photos. Amazing job, girl!! I am very glad to hear someone else is struggling hard and doing all of the low impact and also making your own adjustments. I'm currently on day 4 and yeah basically half of those moves were just not gonna happen for me haha. I hope Chloe sees your video and adds it to another before/after video of hers!
I have made up my mind, I’m soo doing this after my 6 weeks postpartum! And yes agreed, it is so easy to gain weight rather then loose it sadly. Btw You look great! Proud of you girl
i’m 2 weeks postpartum right now and am actually pretty excited to start working out again! i gained 50 pounds this pregnancy and am really looking forward to getting rid of the 35 pounds i’ve managed to keep after giving birth

I’m a strong believer of father doing an easier exercise correctly than doing a hard exercise wrong. So if I struggle with e.g. up and down planks, I’d rather do proper planks until I build more strength for the up and down planks. 😊
Chloe Ting’s two week shred has lit been a god send to me like I’m only on day three and I was bloated at the start physically couldn’t zip up my McDonald’s uniform and now I can wear it with quite a bit of ease if that’s the result after only day three then oft I wonder how I’ll be looking on day 14. FYI I’ve been drinking tons of water and watching my calories which has also helped a lot. Also I’m a veggie so have to eat a lot to get my energy for the workouts ahah
I loved your strategy of intentionally doing the lower intensity versions for the first week and then going up to the regular version the second week. Very sensible. I have been on the fence about doing this challenge, but with that strategy I think I can give it a go. And your results were phenomenal.
I looked for a bit to see if someone had mentioned this, but I’m not seeing it anywhere. Your measurements count FAR more than the scale! Muscle weighs more than fat. So as you lose fat and gain muscle, it’s going to be the measurements that count more. If you were to go on a diet and NOT exercise, then the scale would play an equal role in progress measurement. Does that make sense? Hope that helps with anyone else’s confusion as well! I’ve seen many many people wonder why their weight progress wasn’t as much as they thought it might be after the challenge.
I’m on my second day and I was ready to quit, I’ve never watched one of these videos and actually related!! I had already made most of the modifications you did and was feeling bad about it but I’m so glad I was recommended this video and saw someone doing the same thing as me and having amazing results and being so honest. Thank you!!
Ya know, seeing all these videos with AMAZING results, really makes me wanna do it. I’m day 3 now. I’m in dying pain (I won’t lie) and any of you who are starting Yes. You will struggle, I’m not gonna keep that from you, but you’re gonna be SO SO SO proud of yourself at the end. YOU’RE ALL STRONG. YOU CAN DO IT GUYS
I’m so thankful that you were so sincere on how you modified the workouts so it would work for you! Everyone that’s in this challenge completes every video and for me that just looks so difficult to accomplish. This motivates me to start and see results in my body with no fear of modifying if necessary 💕
sis!! im proud of you! my end results looked like your before, (which is good for me) so now I’m excited to keep pushing to get those after after results!! keep it up💗
This video was really motivational and finally someone who i can actually relate to!! thank you for sharing and keep at it!! ive finished day 2 so tomorrow is day 3 and ive been genuinely dying and stopping, taking long ass breaks but im keeping at it 😭🌸🌸
I'm glad you liked it! Trust me, these workouts are no joke. I struggle every day with some of them. But it does get easier the longer you do it so keep at it and you've got this!
Finally I started this challenge. Today was my day 1. But I skipped a few excercises. I couldn't do the whole thing haha. Hope I'll complete the 14 day shred!
girllll your results are amazing so proud of you! remember to continue working out don’t just stop 😭 just not as much so that you can maintain this and eat healthy! 🥰
I'm actually done with my 2 weeks program and I'm now doing Chloe's lean Thigh program. After watching your video I want to do the 2 weeks program again. Your results are Amazing!!
Your results are insane! I've just started with Chloe Ting's workouts and I am glad to hear that I am not the only one who decided to do the low impact versions for the first weeks 😅 thanks a lot for this video! I feel a lot better about it now!
I just finished my workout for day 1. I hope that I will get the same results as you. Keep on going girl, this motivated me because today's workout was tough
the fact that u put time stamp for the result 💯💯 usually thats exactly what im looking for ngl but idk why i Actually wanna see your whole video,, so anyways u got a new subscriber girl!! cant wait to see more of you :)
I'm doing this challenge currently! I did roughly a week of her workouts (not a program, just randomly selected videos) before the challenge, just cause I thought it'd make it easier - which I believe it has. I have had to modify some of the workouts too; basically any variation of a crunch (aside from the typical exercise, weirdly enough), for example, bicycle crunch, reverse crunch, in-and-out etc, I struggle to do because it just hurts my lower back so much! Your results are amazing and really hope I get even slightly similar results to you.
It definitely is a good idea to ease into it. The first week or so really felt like a shock to my system. And that makes total sense, it's definitely best to modify as you go to prevent injury and keep you safe! Good luck!
You’re looking stunning! I’m glad you were honest that you modified some of the workouts, I’ll definitely have to modify most of the plank ones as I’m recovering from a sprained wrist, which was discouraging for me to do this program in the first place, but seeing your results are really motivating!
hey ashley.. just browsing all other videos of those who tried chloe ting's 2 week shred program and I got blown away with your results.. am actually trying the program and currently at my 4th day tomorrow. Just want you to know that I've been motivated by you to finish it and be very glad to also share my results.. God bless and stay safe
of all the insane result videos i have watched, this is by far the best. i started this program under the impression there was only 1 video per day, of 10 - 13 minutes ..lololll..thennnnn it hit me thats not the case..i limited myself to atleast 3 videos starting day 5 or so..i already added her after workout 10 min stretch n flexibility routine so it would be just around 45 minutes, and JUST like u, i hav always worked out for 2 days and been okay with that... deciding to stick to something for once in my life. u r sooooooooo relatable. similar body type, hav a crazy amount of lower body fat, seeing those results by just 2 videos. damn girl. i will probably not incorporate more videos anymore :P and do what u did instead..m on day 6 and i cannot wait to get actual results, if not, thats totally fine, the high i get after exercising is just perfection
Omg Ashley! Ok Let me tell you something, we had a lot of things in common from 2 days of exercising thing and then giving up to up and down plank. I'm really very happy to see your results and I've learnt a lot of things from you. I had started this challenge 7 days ago but couldn't complete because of my periods but from tomorrow I'm starting it again. Your results were amazing gurl😉 and I'm waiting for mine too! All the best sweetie💜😍
Woooow girl!! Your before measurements are quite close to my current measurements.. I'm so motivated seeing this.. thankyou for this😍😍😍 Also, I can so relate to the up and down plank thing I can't physically do it so this gave me an extra boost that I'm not alone!
Oh god I am just on day 3 aaaah. It is really hard but I already lost about 2 pounds wich is crazy to me. But I actually think that the workouts get a little easier... so don't give up!! I am going to rock this program :)
OKAY BUT THE UP AND DOWN PLANK PART IN THE BEGINNING IS LITERALLY WHAT I DOOO. When it says up and down i try my best the first time in the ab workouts. Then the 2nd up and down plank at the end, I just did planks.
Oh my goodness, you did great! Love the fact that you were honest about your 'adaptations' lol To be honest, if you do too much and injure yourself, you won't get any results! And you have very pretty eyes :-)
I always warm up and haven't been sore. My core was sore day 3 so I found a core warmup. Here are the ones I like bc they're quick & ez. This one I'll run thru twice bc it's
I feel inspired seeing you working out . I too have asthma , which is one of the reasons i am never able to complete any workout videos. Your video has given me some hope to try again to get my body back in shape.
This is like the only video I actually watched all the way through. I just love your vibe and I struggle with exercising so much, so to know that other people need to modify the workouts to fit them just makes me more motivated. Thank you
LMFAO, i found your account from the "up next" section on my laptop and i am so glad i did. you're so funny and i had all of the same thoughts as you when i first started this program. glad to know i'm not alone!
Thank you for sharing this journey. Tonight I started doing real proper sweaty exercise - shamefully for the first time in lockdown. I kick myself for only starting now... so much time wasted during lockdown 😭 but I haven’t been in a good place and I lost my mojo. But I’m determined to get back into fitness after approx four months off. It’s inspiring to watch you do this journey with a similar body type to me. And I’m heading straight to your 30 days of Chloe Ting workouts now! You’re doing absolutely brilliantly! Someone I can relate to. Thanks.
Ashley Grant I think my will power is really going to be tested with it. Usually I work out with a fitness group and do six week weekend plans. But she is on maternity leave... I always fail on my own. You guys are going to be my lifeline :)
I read a lot of comments saying that they have the same body type and lemme tell yall.....ME TOO!! I'm so happy and grateful I found u now i see a ray of hope that I can be slim too. YAY!! 😚😙
Amazing results Girl! I am currently doing the 4 week Summer shred Challenge and am on day 3 . I am dead but i feel stronger by each day. I cant wait to see my results. Thank you for sharing this. So many people post their results and its super encouraging tbh.
Yeah this is enough to convince me to start this. I’m going to update here, remind med so I don’t forget:) Day 1: it went good. A lot of pauses, but I tried my best. Couldn’t do up-down plank, so I did it in my knees. I’m ready to feel sore tomorrow because I KNOW that will happen. Day 2: Day 3: Day 4: Day 5: Day 6: Day 7: Day 8: Day 9: Day 10: Day 11: Day 12: Day 13: Day 14:
I would suggest trying first one of 30day yoga plans from yoga with adriene. I was a huge mess and didn't workout ever in my life and PE is my huge nightmare (still😂) but it really helped with my strength overall and didn't make me wanna die everyday. Than I suggest starting some workout like Chloe ting's

That’s exactly what I’m saying to myself everyday of this challenge with tears in my eyes 😁
Hahaha! The pain omg!
I love up and down planks
Does any body else use their entire 'break' to roll over for the next exercise? Or is that just me...
Yup, I be dead on the floor and then it take up like 3 seconds so then I have to use the remainder 2 seconds to roll over😁
Yup. Kinda bothers me tbh 😂😂
🤣🤣🤣
Yes. But for chloe, she is up in like 2 seconds... Ready to do the excercise.

I’m so proud of you but the “I’m a veggie” part has me dyinggg
you go girl! I’m currently on day 4 and I’m already seeing my body changing so I’m excited for day 14. also you seem super chilled so I subscribed.
Thanks for the sub! I'm glad you're already seeing results too, that is amazing!
Are you doing any diets?
I feel you. I basically do all plank stuff on my knees because my back and arms are so weak.
Same my arms also weak...but try it ...u will surely do it after 4 to 5 days...it makes ur arms strong
Me too my arms be weak as heck
My face when I saw your results was priceless some people’s aren’t nearly as good as yours like GOOD JOB GIRLLLLL👏💖
thanks!
I loved your strategy of intentionally doing the lower intensity versions for the first week and then going up to the regular version the second week. Very sensible. I have been on the fence about doing this challenge, but with that strategy I think I can give it a go. And your results were phenomenal.
Thank you so much. Good luck!
Muscle are not heavier than fat. 1 pound fat ist the same as 1 pound muscle ,
@@MrKalamia muscles are more dense than fat, 1lb of fat takes up more space than 1lb of muscle
I’m on my second day and I was ready to quit, I’ve never watched one of these videos and actually related!! I had already made most of the modifications you did and was feeling bad about it but I’m so glad I was recommended this video and saw someone doing the same thing as me and having amazing results and being so honest. Thank you!!
You got this! There is no shame in modifying!
Ya know, seeing all these videos with AMAZING results, really makes me wanna do it. I’m day 3 now. I’m in dying pain (I won’t lie) and any of you who are starting
Yes. You will struggle, I’m not gonna keep that from you, but you’re gonna be SO SO SO proud of yourself at the end. YOU’RE ALL STRONG. YOU CAN DO IT GUYS
You are so right!
I’m so thankful that you were so sincere on how you modified the workouts so it would work for you! Everyone that’s in this challenge completes every video and for me that just looks so difficult
to accomplish. This motivates me to start and see results in my body with no fear of modifying if necessary 💕
Thank you so much!!
Whichever workout we follow, consistency is the key and most of all fails on that.
So true!
sis!! im proud of you! my end results looked like your before, (which is good for me) so now I’m excited to keep pushing to get those after after results!! keep it up💗
Thank you! You too!
@@AshleyGrantYT thank you so much 💖💖
Finally I started this challenge. Today was my day 1. But I skipped a few excercises. I couldn't do the whole thing haha. Hope I'll complete the 14 day shred!
Work your way into it! You got this!
Can you tell me what is that program? I wanna do this, too 🥺
@@Nth1911 ruclips.net/video/2MoGxae-zyo/видео.html
girllll your results are amazing so proud of you! remember to continue working out don’t just stop 😭 just not as much so that you can maintain this and eat healthy! 🥰
I'm the opposite with the up and down planks im like yes lets do this and then go wayyy to fast and can't last the 30 seconds
I'm actually done with my 2 weeks program and I'm now doing Chloe's lean Thigh program. After watching your video I want to do the 2 weeks program again. Your results are Amazing!!
That is awesome!
I’m so happy i found this i could never find someone with the same body type. Time to give it a try!!
we have the same body type and it motivates me so much i haven’t seen anyone with my type so it really motivates me
I'm so glad I can help motivate you!
Your results are insane! I've just started with Chloe Ting's workouts and I am glad to hear that I am not the only one who decided to do the low impact versions for the first weeks 😅 thanks a lot for this video! I feel a lot better about it now!
You got this!
wow girl you really did THAT you did amazing 🥺 i’m watching a bunch of these videos just to see if it ACTUALLY works so ima do this myself
Thank you! It definitely works just stay consistent and you've got this!
Are you kidding me?!!! This is incredible!!!!! You look FANTASTIC! Keep up the awesome work!!!
Thank you so much!!
Finally someone with my body type lmao Your results are amazing keep up the good job!
Thank you! Will do!
this is the only results video that I’ve ever fully watched and I love it
Thank you! I'm glad you liked it!
I just finished my workout for day 1. I hope that I will get the same results as you. Keep on going girl, this motivated me because today's workout was tough
Thank you! You too!
the fact that u put time stamp for the result 💯💯 usually thats exactly what im looking for ngl but idk why i Actually wanna see your whole video,, so anyways u got a new subscriber girl!! cant wait to see more of you :)
holy SHIT this is insane! Congrats on your results!
Thank you!
you just motivated me more , i’m on day 5 right now . thanks so much for this video
I'm glad I could help. Good luck!
I'm glad I could help! You should never feel bad about having to alter workouts to fit what works for you and your body!
hey ashley.. just browsing all other videos of those who tried chloe ting's 2 week shred program and I got blown away with your results.. am actually trying the program and currently at my 4th day tomorrow. Just want you to know that I've been motivated by you to finish it and be very glad to also share my results.. God bless and stay safe
That is awesome!
of all the insane result videos i have watched, this is by far the best. i started this program under the impression there was only 1 video per day, of 10 - 13 minutes ..lololll..thennnnn it hit me thats not the case..i limited myself to atleast 3 videos starting day 5 or so..i already added her after workout 10 min stretch n flexibility routine so it would be just around 45 minutes, and JUST like u, i hav always worked out for 2 days and been okay with that... deciding to stick to something for once in my life. u r sooooooooo relatable. similar body type, hav a crazy amount of lower body fat, seeing those results by just 2 videos. damn girl. i will probably not incorporate more videos anymore :P and do what u did instead..m on day 6 and i cannot wait to get actual results, if not, thats totally fine, the high i get after exercising is just perfection
I'm glad you enjoyed! Thanks for the support and good luck!
I'm glad I could help. Good luck and you've got this!
@@AshleyGrantYT thanks ! 👍😄
You’re wonderful
Woooow girl!! Your before measurements are quite close to my current measurements.. I'm so motivated seeing this.. thankyou for this😍😍😍
Also, I can so relate to the up and down plank thing I can't physically do it so this gave me an extra boost that I'm not alone!
Oh god I am just on day 3 aaaah. It is really hard but I already lost about 2 pounds wich is crazy to me. But I actually think that the workouts get a little easier... so don't give up!! I am going to rock this program :)
Great job! The workouts absolutely get easier so keep at it and good luck!
Just wow!!!!!!! Oh my god that’s insane... you crushed it gurrrrrl!
thank you!
OKAY BUT THE UP AND DOWN PLANK PART IN THE BEGINNING IS LITERALLY WHAT I DOOO. When it says up and down i try my best the first time in the ab workouts. Then the 2nd up and down plank at the end, I just did planks.
cuz I LITERALLY cant do it it's not that I dont want to it's that I physically cant
They are torture and I boycott them on principal
Oh my goodness, you did great! Love the fact that you were honest about your 'adaptations' lol To be honest, if you do too much and injure yourself, you won't get any results! And you have very pretty eyes :-)
Thank you so much!!
I always warm up and haven't been sore. My core was sore day 3 so I found a core warmup. Here are the ones I like bc they're quick & ez. This one I'll run thru twice bc it's
You’re so pretty and I’m so happy that it worked for you, I’m currently on the 7th day so wish me good luck💜💪🏻
Thank you! Good luck!
I feel inspired seeing you working out . I too have asthma , which is one of the reasons i am never able to complete any workout videos. Your video has given me some hope to try again to get my body back in shape.
I'm glad I could help. Good luck and take it slow!
This is like the only video I actually watched all the way through. I just love your vibe and I struggle with exercising so much, so to know that other people need to modify the workouts to fit them just makes me more motivated. Thank you
Yay! Thank you!
Wow you and me had the same body type, measurements and weight. I'm so inspired by your results! I'm gonna try it! Thank you for posting your results!
You got this!
LMFAO, i found your account from the "up next" section on my laptop and i am so glad i did. you're so funny and i had all of the same thoughts as you when i first started this program. glad to know i'm not alone!
Up and down plank is whole another level hhhhh
Omfg your results are insane!Congrats girl!
Thank you!!
💜
Thank you for sharing this journey. Tonight I started doing real proper sweaty exercise - shamefully for the first time in lockdown. I kick myself for only starting now... so much time wasted during lockdown 😭 but I haven’t been in a good place and I lost my mojo. But I’m determined to get back into fitness after approx four months off. It’s inspiring to watch you do this journey with a similar body type to me. And I’m heading straight to your 30 days of Chloe Ting workouts now! You’re doing absolutely brilliantly! Someone I can relate to. Thanks.
PS I’ve subbed too 👍🏻
I'm glad I could help make you feel seen. Good luck and you've got this!
Ashley Grant I think my will power is really going to be tested with it. Usually I work out with a fitness group and do six week weekend plans. But she is on maternity leave... I always fail on my own. You guys are going to be my lifeline :)
“Not happening” lmao that was me I literally have no strength in my arms
I read a lot of comments saying that they have the same body type and lemme tell yall.....ME TOO!! I'm so happy and grateful I found u now i see a ray of hope that I can be slim too. YAY!! 😚😙
I'm glad I could help you feel a bit more represented and seen. You've got this!
I remember when I couldn’t do the up and down plank but then a lot of time later I could and it just makes you feel stronger ❤️😌✌️
girl your results are amazing! this is really giving me hope for my plan because i’m only on day 3
You got this!
Amazing results Girl!
I am currently doing the 4 week Summer shred Challenge and am on day 3 .
I am dead but i feel stronger by each day. I cant wait to see my results.
Thank you for sharing this. So many people post their results and its super encouraging tbh.
I'm glad I could help. You're gonna crush this!
There really are people who talk a lot and we gon' skip. Oh btw, that's not you. 😘
thanks!
I'm on Day 5 of her flat belly challenge and I'm dreading the other 25 days of burpees and plank squats
i am SHOCKED. well done!!! 💕💕💕

this is so realistic! i love it! and i’m proud of you! ❤️
thank you!
Your story is basically my story 😂 thanks for the adjustment ideas I'll definitely be doing the low impact first : )
Inspired me to start. Day 1 today!
Glad to hear it. Good luck and you've got this!
I’m on day 25 of yoga with Adriene’s 30 day challenge! I love it
I’ve been doing one yoga video every day before my workouts for the 2 week Chloe ting challenge so I’d do the yoga as a warmup before I start
Love u girl I like the way u appreciate little results for your efforts. That’s the positivity needed this ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Always!
Girl, your progress is AMAZING! This is such a motivational video. Congrats on completing it!!
Thank you!
I’m already seeing results with her workout !! 😭
and i think I’m only on day 5 too
ngl tho when it comes to up & down planks i literally give up once i hear the countdown
Congrats! That is super exciting!
