Best pulling machine ive ever used was an 83 200e. Never seen one of those honda trailers outside of the old commercials you find floating around online.
Cool. My old neighbor used to have one of those trailers on his big red. He also had a 78 chey with a cap. Pretty sure he bought them new and kept them all these years. They don't make them like they used to. Cheers from saint john nb
@@ThisOldTrike Yep! Mines a Aus 86 Super red so i considered trying to replicate the factory decals but i think it will look just as good as a "Big Red". Maier fenders on the way.
Well done. It looks a lot like my Miro R3060 trailer with big 25X8-12 wheels. The body is placed directly on the axle to reduce the center of gravity. 🙂
Preston, I do believe that is a 83 atc big red not an 84.The reason I say this is I can see in your video it is a chain drive with hi and low only.🤷♂️😊
Your comment tells me that you haven't seen the videos from late 2022 where I imported this 1984 200E from Finland and did a light restoration on it. It's a non-US model.
Fantastic video brother!! I will never miss an opportunity to ask you for a big bore ATC 200x or 350 x even a 250 R . I know not BIG bore . But as big as Honda made them
@@ThisOldTrike we have had many chats over the years !! I respect your stance on selling! I wouldn’t either. Unless there was a guy bugging you so much you cave 🤣🤣🤣. You DO Got the best stuff 🫶🫶
lol, I'll have to see what the limitations for these are when it comes to wheeling... I'm sure that would have been entering "deal breaker" status with my wife if I went that far.
Happily married for 20 years (in October)! She was helping me hold some of the carriage bolts during the time lapse! Thank you very much for watching man!
He did an exceptional job, minor differences aside its still great
Absolutely. Dennis Collins would say OUTSTANDING!
@@ThisOldTrike holy grail too
Only seen one of these in person, was at a farm auction and quite rough, but still very cool to see!
( Of course it went for a-lot ).
😎👌🇨🇦
Yup, they definitely don't pop up often, especially down in the states. They're neat buggies!
I'm really loving this thing. Nice plug on the stovebolts, I was rolling 🤣
I figured it was his turn to get a little love. You might get some love too one of these days!
@@ThisOldTrike uh oh. I will prepare to reciprocate 🤔
Well give me a minute to even do something before you start preparing!
Those bolts are OE
That looks amazing! Personally I would prefer a ATV/ATC type tire on the trailer.
I hear ya. I was keeping the treat pattern more conservative, but there's lots of options out there.
Very nice! Awesome looking recreation. Very faithful to the original trailer. Good video Preston.
Thank you Pat!!
Very cool. They did a great job making it and it looks even better in person.
Thanks brother! It hadn't even been together for 12 hours when you saw it. It tows really nice too.

Fantastic work on that
Thanks!
Super rad channel! Keep on 3 wheeling!! 🤙🏻
Thanks man! I appreciate that! You too!

Thanks man! I'm stoked at how it turned out!
@@ThisOldTrike looks good
It’s so nice it deserves lights
Very good looking trailer! Love the decals, Just ordered a set of the Bluelines for my 86 250es
Thank you very much!! Awesome on the decals! Did you you get the black/gray/silver style?
@@ThisOldTrike Yep! Mines a Aus 86 Super red so i considered trying to replicate the factory decals but i think it will look just as good as a "Big Red". Maier fenders on the way.
I like that Traitor I would like to get one of those.

I had to google it, but yeah, pretty similar! Those look sharp!

@@ThisOldTrike Really good trailer to make maple syrup, the 45 gallons barrel is low, directly on the axle. By the way I was born in Montréal.

Thank you sir! Couldn't have done it with out you! Very much appreciated brother!
Sweeet!! I like your bean bag chair🫢
Lol, that's become the cat's bean bag chair.... he's about the only one who uses it!
Pretty cool
Thanks brother!
I might get one to hook up to my 84 200es. With my spotlight 😜
Good!
A crackin 'result!
Thanks brother! I'm very pleased. Now on to the next project...
Impressive!
Thanks brother! Not as impressive as a lot of your builds!
Correct me if im wrong, didn't Kawasaki have their version of one ?

No sir, only Hondas.
Kinda disappointed that you didn't pull the cart with the 84 200E across the dinning room while doing a wheelie.

A trailer in the living room and parts on the table?? You’re either single, or have one awesome wife. Either way, this is something I would do 100% 😂

What are the rough dimensions of the box on this thing?
I'd have to double check for ya...
You know, stove bolts and carriage bolts do look simular
Very simular actually... lol
the bean bag work stand 😆
It was great! Wouldn't mar the powder coat. Low enough for my wife to see the TV over. It was there... It worked!
BeanBag chair engenius 👏🏻 🤣🤣🤣
Lol. Left the saw horses out in the shop!
When will these be available?
He's welding up the other 4 currently. If you want one, reach out to Dan!
Honda nation
Yes sir!!
🇨🇦 options
Next I'll need a 250ES block heater!
@ThisOldTrike I've been looking they don't pop up everyday
I'm sorry I if I missed this but how much are one of these
Go to about the 17 minute mark in the video. There are a couple different options.
