    Thank you 🙏🏽 your calming voice is just what I needed to find calm this morning. I was feeling overwhelmed with homework and housework so much clutter in my tiny apartment, this has been my normal state lately, but today, I am going to take a break every hour, only 5 minutes to breathe and meditate by listening to this guided meditation you created several times today. I believe will help me to recenter myself and accomplish all that I need to do without feeling stress. Thank you 💜🙏🏽💜

    Ashleen, This is a fantastic meditation; your voice and the background music is perfect. If you had a channel devoted to meditations like this I think you would fast attract a following. Just saying :-)
