I lost my job last week. I've been feeling extremely anxious so I decided to start meditating and ran into this channel. I've liked each session very, very much, but this one has been the best so far. It's the end of the day for me and I feel great, full of peace and positivity. I know everything will be alright. Exercise,give you some massages,yoga and meditation... that have helped me. And put your focus in the moment in today don't put your mind in the past or future and if that happens bring your mind to the moment make to feel the moment.

I started meditating to balance out the deep turmoil, the pain and emotions that I experienced daily. It helps me maintain a steady flow so I don’t get upset or overwhelmed, and helps keep my relationship balanced and my temper from flaring up. This video helped me release a lot of tension I didn’t even know I had
Being a witness instead of the victim really changed my perspective. It really gave me a outside view to encourage myself and be like “babygirl, you can do soo much better. There is nothing else you could’ve done, you were not the problem. Don’t ever let someone treat you like that again”

So disappointed to be jerked out of a beautiful, peaceful place by a loud advertisement for sleep number bed - less than a second after the meditation was over. My heart is pounding all over again. Drums and screaming guitars? Are you kidding me?
Ive been agitated all day, not really sure why. This really helped and reset my day. Before i started meditating i had no way to stop it, now im started on a new day. Thanks!

It’s interesting when you start to trust the Universe it nudges you towards the direction you need to be going! You still need to put in the work, but it’s easier when the Universe has your back!

It’s funny you mention that. I think we find ourselves writing about about whatever we happen to need at the time. Us saying “try this” really translates to “I sure need to practice this right now”. 💜
Your voice is beautiful as is your meditation. Sometimes I forget there is no music along. Keep up your good work. I have converted my daughter to listening to your meditations. Your calm gentle voice is so effective. I just have a teeny tiny suggestion - would it be possible to use positive words such as calm instead of feeling less anxious or similar? When I listen to calming words I find them more healing. Many thanks and much blessings!

I try to stay informed but it’s been hard for me to balance just staying informed with not getting emotionally invested. I saved this to my morning meditations and will listen to it each morning.
