I'm so sorry you lost your husband. That's awful and heartbreaking 💔. I am praying for you. I know what it's like to feel alone and lost. I understand 😢. Look for signs from him . He will send them so you know that he is okay. Also, get a body pillow....put one of his shirts on it. It is soothing and may help you feel him near you. I know its kind of crazy but it may help you to rest.
As a hypnotherapist, I found myself coming out of hypnosis each time you say, “you are.” Affirmations should be in the first person. If these ones were, I would have enjoyed this.
I disagree. I prefer you are. Because when the hypnotherapist says “I am” it sounds as if they are talking about themselves and that’s what my subconscious hears as well

I really wanted to thank you for this hypnosis session. It was incredibly helpful. I have anxiety. During these days I have been feeling depressive sometimes as well. During the first session, I had to be strong to control my accelerated heart beating all the time. It was hard, I struggled a lot. But when I finished and during the rest of the day, I could felt a substantial change in my mood. I could feel a kind of stability on my feelings. My heart beats were under control and I could have a snooze in the end of the afternoon, a thing I have did a long long time ago. When I woke up I couldn't believe that I was simply enjoying a marvelous and permanent state of calmness, tranquility. I stayed in my bed for a lot) time, just feeling that sense of peace, real peace inside on me. Today, I did it again. Thank you one more time. I wish you all the love from the universe and prosperity for this project. ❤

I would like to see more meditation videos on how to accept my life and make it better. I feel lost and need guidance to help me feel better about my life. My husband died to MS and now I feel very alone. I would like to be in a relationship but find it hard to meet someone that would be good for me.
Thank you so much. My creativity flooded me with ideas after this practice to such an extent that I had to start writing immediately. I'm planning on convincing the staff in my school to start meditating but I know they're completely resistent to it. I've been collecting evidence of the benefits of meditation, the science behind it and easy and practical ways to do it. I think your channel will be of great help by providing the toolkit for the ones willing to take up meditation. I'd like some recommendations / suggestions that could help me convince my co-workers to at least give meditation a try. Also, do you have a short meditation video (around 5 minutes) that I could use in my school in a demonstration workshop? One that would show them how easy it can be to meditate on a daily basis.

I would like a meditation practices' that would help me get in touch with my inner being. I experienced negative feedback from my mother, family, and public to where I did not know what I was good at. I am now 68 years old and working on finding that out. I listen to your motivation meditation many times.

This was great, exactly what I was looking for! Since you talked about topic suggestions, I would love if there was a short meditation, like a 5 minutes one, that can be used particularly by those who listened to this one so they can listen to it daily and keep being motivated (5 minutes is easy to do even during busy days). What do you think?
