The Trips I've been having have really helped me a lot,I finally feel in control of my emotions and my future and things that used to be mundane to me now seem incredible and full of nuance on top of that I'm way less driven by my ego and I have alot more empathy as well
I’m super happy and proud of you & the ability to be able to heal yourself responsibly despite the red tape not allowing us to safely heal ourselves hence freedom isn’t clearly always free even though I am grateful for what I do have! Nevertheless, I’ve heard so many life changing stories regarding this healing people & I haven’t tried this myself but I am interested in learning more to heal due to side effects of what medications have caused for me. However, the natural things don’t pay so they won’t help me and cover it despite supporting and helping for 20 years serving our soldiers interesting huh? Hard lessons learned I guess now I know to pass on

My neighbors constantly slam their front doors which causes a really loud vibration throughout my apartment which is very startlingly. I've talked and asked management to send out notices but they still continue so for the time being I'm trying this meditation to relax from the anxiety and tension it causes.

I love too, how fast the time goes by. I got out of the habit of regularly meditating. I knew I needed an easy short one to keep at it. After just a week, I love feeling that I finally found the discipline, before I move on to longer ones! Also, a perfect one to keep handy for those “moments” I have 😉
