    My son was having anger. We did this meditation together. He felt some relief and we got some father som time together. We are new to this but feel strongly that we have some new coping skills here with you. Thank you so much.

    I've been listening and practising these meditations for a week now and sometimes i feel that my mind just floats outside my body away from the anger, frustration and stress and when i return back all these things are gone and i feel so much better. Thank Headspace for your guidance.

    If you’re having a tough time focusing, it helps to put your hand in front of your face & feel your breath as you exhale from your nose or mouth.
    It also helps to lay on a yoga mat or bed & go under the blanket to create a safe space like a cocoon.
    Thank you for this meditation. It’s a wonderful one.

    This helped me realize that I wasn't angry at a person I am interested in, I was angry at myself for how much mental space I granted the situation.

    For a long time I’ve felt a lot of anxiety, depression an panic attacks and it’s difficult dealing with these emotions, but this meditation is helping me a lot to feel better and be present.
    If anyone are feeling the same I could say that everything will be okay. You are stronger than you think ❤️

    Thank you, this video helped me a lot. I’m currently dealing with lots of anger and frustration that keeps building up and I just try to let it go but it always comes back. I am very unhappy, but your videos make life a lot easier to deal with.

    thank god for meditation like this. im currently in a journey to change my way of thinking and seeing other peoples point of view and the kind of predicaments i put them in. this obviously brings a lot of frustration and anger into my live but this helped me let it go and take a step back

    i’ve been wanting to wake up early, around 6-6:30 like i did in summer, but winter affects me and my mood so much. its almost impossible to wake up in the dark for me. i know that i shouldn’t be harsh on myself and slowly overcome this but i feel frustration is getting in the way. thank you for this video

      You might have SADS.Try taking a vitamin D supplement. They call it the sunshine vitamin.

      You could also try setting up a blue light on a timer to turn on 30mins before you want to get up, as it mimics dawn light and helps to reduce melatonin (the sleep hormone)

    Had a moment during meditation today where it clicked with me that I need to be kinder to myself. It’s funny how breakthroughs can happen like that, unexpected but very powerful.

    100 percent of you won’t see this, but I just want to write a comment to vent. I play football and we have about 5 coaches on our team. So this happened earlier today. We were running a play where I had to make a difficult block, and I failed. The running back hit me in the arm and it hurt quite a bit. So I started loosening up my arm and people were asking me if I was okay. I said I was fine, but this one coach yelled at me basically accusing me of being a drama queen. This already made me angry but whatever. A few plays later I am taking a break on the sideline and my substitute is in. So they run a play where he gets hit pretty hard as well. So he is also loosening up his arm, and the coach that yelled at me is asking him if he is okay and how such a great play he made and how much of a team player he is. I never wanted to yell in someone’s face more than I did today, like my anger was at 100. Thanks to anyone who read this, it means a lot.

    My brother was screaming and kicking and crying (because he is 4) and we played this in hopes that he would stop... then an odd silence rose. We when to go check on him and he was dead asleep and sooooo relaxed, in that case we thank you for calming down my loud 4 year old brother!!! Keep up the great work!!!!😉

    This was great, not too long not too short- people say the guide talked too much but I found it very reassuring and there were spaces of silence - it also ended gently so I was able to continue meditating on my own in silence 😇 I went into frustrated and ended feeling lighter

    I spent the first third of this video being angry and frustrated because I was overwhelmed and it was manifesting as anger. But a few minutes in, that anger calmed down, but I still felt overwhelmed, so then the anger turned into sadness and I just kinda cried for the rest of the video plus some. Is that normal???

    Thank you I felt frustrated because my brother kept ripping on me it got to me of course because it’s my brother we’re supposed to love not dislike or embarrass had it been anyone else I wouldn’t have cared but my own brother it really got to me. I felt frustration so I remembered doing this in school and did it. It really helped great video I made it 5 minutes in I will definitely do the full 10 next time thank you for the help this will be a regular thing.

    Please make a tinnitus section, there are 50million people with it. No cure yet meditation is the only thing that can help, you will get alot of new subs

      I listen to the rain on canvas soundscape and that frog soundscape and it’s almost deafening in a good way. It knocks out any ringing and thoughts. It’s so Perfect and yes I have tinnitus on a lower scale.

      I have it really bad from a brain injury. Trileptal works very well. For the electric jolts as well if you experience those.

    For the sleep meditation it would be nice if the video wasn't so bright in color because I put it on my tv, and have to use a sleep mask to watch it.

    Hii headspace I recently made payment through my card for headspace premium . After I made the payment first time there was some error and payment could not be made after that I tried 2 time and the same error appeared. But when I checked my account payment was deducted 3 times from my account. My head space app still said the payment had not been made. Please help. Namaste

    This was awful for lowering frustration. It kept saying to think these thoughts and let them run. No. I came here to rid of them, letting them run increased frustration.

    I let my mind do it’s own thing and it kept thinking that this has nothing to do with frustration and is NOT actually a meditation at all but instead just a guided breathing exercise, which would be fine if headspace didn’t have 40+ other videos that are the exact same thing with a different buzz word attached
