    Thank you for this wonderful meditation on anger. In my journey to peacefulness I convinced myself that anger was to be avoided at all cost. Not true; anger exists like all emotions. But I’m the master of them.

      While we do not have a specific practice for that, I would encourage you to explore Mindful Self Compassion practices and RAIN practices. Take care and be well :)

      Hello :) I would encourage you to ask yourself this question, honoring your own inner compass of how you define handling anger in a wise and mindful way. In my own practice of navigating anger, "wise and mindful" typically involves attending to and striving to understand my experience of anger (thoughts, feelings, sensations) before acting to help avoid impulsive or reactive behaviors.     didnt like it all, the breathing exercise was so fast it made me more frustrated. Not effective whatsoever. Waste of time. I dont why i chose this meditation at the first place. I am still angry. Wtf
