In my own practice of navigating anger, "wise and mindful" typically involves attending to and striving to understand my experience of anger (thoughts, feelings, sensations) before acting to help avoid impulsive or reactive behaviors. didnt like it all, the breathing exercise was so fast it made me more frustrated. Not effective whatsoever. Waste of time. I dont why i chose this meditation at the first place. I am still angry. Wtf
