Lately, with quarantine I’ve been stuck at home with my little brothers while mom goes to work... I got laid off, so I’m just babysitting. I’ve noticed I’ve gotten more angrier, frustrated, sad, and it gets to the point where I start crying. Today was one of those days... this video helped me calm down. Thank you.

I’ve had anger issues my entire life and it bleeds into many aspects of my life. It exhausts me because when I get angry, I pop off and I struggle to control myself. Do any kind people out there have any advice? I’d greatly appreciate it.

Is it just me, or when someone tells me to breathe in and out when I’m mad, it just makes me madder?

I was raised around cynical people. I wasn't allowed to make mistakes. I can't cry because I feel ashamed. I get so angry that I want to scream, but I can't because I don't have the strength anymore. So all my emotions are swelled inside of me.

Today didn't start off great, and my friend had texted something to me, making me really upset and angry at her, i started shouting at the wall and tears were streaming down my face, i didn't know why i was so angry but i was, and i scared myself cause of it, i sat down and found this video and just layed my head down on the desk with my headphones in listening, and it really calmed me down and understand that i had no reason to be angry it was just a misunderstanding, thank you to this vid and whoever made it, it truly helped me in making a situation look brighter and calmer

For all my men being abused/hurt/being made feel like you are an awful person, just know you are human. No person deserves to be treated that way. Please don't ever justify the abuse of another person regardless of how big or small it may feel. You are so important. Call out and report that abuser so she won't hurt anyone else. You are loved and supported. Stay strong, Kings.

Got home from a semi-frustrating day at work, I thought I vented it all out my vocally expressing myself in my car shortly after work, but I still felt some anger and fast thoughts. Then I looked up help and found this video. As I'm writing this comment, I feel SOOOO much better after going through this meditation. Thank you so much for this. ❤
