Nothing accidental about it, haha. They managed to keep everything under wraps to this point. There was nothing accidental about the "leaks" now, and it's generating some nice buzz and excitement for them. Someone said that last year and I think he was right on the money with that sentiment.
The lack of gauges on that model was a hard NO on buying it for me. I ended up buying an FLHCS which has a real speedo and digital tach, and is basically the same bike without the unneeded extra performance.
@@mrpoizunI test rode one as well and love it too!!!! Almost bought one until the dealer tried to charge $29K for a 2023 two tone blue/gray one. Easy pass there.
@@IronBornRiderman I see the red and Ironhorse Gray being two colors on it. Would love to see Mystic Shift on it. I think that would push me to pull the trigger.
The cam cover is believed to be for the variable valve timing. I didn't care for the st colors with the bronze. I loved the low rider s in midnight crimson. Great video, thank you. Looks like the bags will now be the same size as well
I’m so excited to see what’s going on with the softail lineup. Every year by Christmas we’ve already seen the “new” softails, so it’s nice to know that there’s some changes to those. As much as I want to be a road glide rider, I’m not paying 30 big ones to ride one. I’ll stick to modding softails to my touring needs and spending that money over time when I have it instead of buying a touring bike to tour a couple times a year and then just have a big bike I don’t need for 90% of my riding. Low Rider ST all day baby.
Anything not already on the website SHOULD be getting a refresh or upgrades. This is the time of year when Harley starts releasing and/or shipping its carryover models... so yeah, gonna see some good upgrades this year. RG and SG got all the hype last year, so now's the time for the Softail, Sportster S, and Pan America to shine :D
I'm looking to buy a CVO this year and that's all going to determine what they look like.... if not I'm going to buy a 2024 CVO that multicolor Road Glide
Why don't they just jump right to a 427 Rat or a 426 Hemi? Where does the cubic inch war stop? My FXRS with its 81.6ci Evo Big Twin and an EV13 cam has all the power I could ever use.
I agree with everything you said. Tho the HO models and 117 in the heritage and otherbikes seems legit but its what we want. Wishful thinking, it may happen!
The Street-Bob will def NOT get the 117 High output engine haha, The Fat Boy/Bob might get them though and of course the Low Rider S. I would still love to see the 150 hp Pan America engine in some of the cruisers like the Fat Bob, Breakout and the Low Rider S, I have been complaining about that for years. Why dont Harley put that powerful engine in the cruisers, would crush the 117 high output engine easily and would be crazy fun just for kicks :D
@@bingbing2515 You are 100% correct , I think the exact same way and I kind of hate both HD and the Harley purists just for that fact. I wish there could be some way Harley could put this crazy strong engine in some of their popular cruisers , still keeping their 107-117 engine for the purists that does not want a crazy power-cruiser and make everyone happy. But that clearly just is not HD's style sadly =( Imagine the Fat Bob and Low Rider S with that 150 hp engine, what looney those cruisers would be, I would love to ride one of those haha
I think the trikes are finally getting new rear suspensions this year ... the un-sprung weight there has been the ride quality curse. not much of a trike guy myself, but I know that would be the most important change to many.
It doesn't really matter what they release or what they do. HD sales are very low right now. There are quite a few dealerships that still have brand new 2023 models on their showroom floors and the 2025 bikes are $2,000 more than last years bikes. No way in hell is the average middle class worker going to spend over 30 grand for a new touring bike.
I have a 2023 FXLRST and I can’t see any need to upgrade anything on it. A slightly higher torque engine won’t be worth the money they’ll charge imo. Only nice upgrade would be a screen like the road glide has.
Finally, they're going to put the LR out in a decent color. I hope they don't screw it up with dirty brown wheels again. Personally, until I ride one of those 117s with a decent tune, I'm out. I've demo'd the new 117 baggers and on/off throttle fueling was atrocious. If that can't be fixed with a tune, they'd be better off going back to the 107 or 114.
Originally Harley said the round analogue gauge didn’t work with the ST because it caused airflow interference, so I don’t think we will see a round one unless it’s mounted downward like the nightser
@ the breakout? Why? I think it look good, I never rode one but it looks good out of factory, most other Harley’s you gotta customize them to look good, I love the 48 & how much you can customize, I’m Indian scout bobber fan, What do you ride? Now I have 1977 customized Kawasaki KZ650 that turns people’s heads, hoping to get cafe racer

100% agree
Man I hope we get some sort of gauge setup on the FXLRST along with symmetrical bags.
It’s all but confirmed that even bags will be on the 2025 models, and most likely a gauge similar to the sportster s / nightster. We’ll find out soon
The lack of gauges on that model was a hard NO on buying it for me. I ended up buying an FLHCS which has a real speedo and digital tach, and is basically the same bike without the unneeded extra performance.

Appreciate it. The only thing I’m wondering is if the low rider s/t would get the vvt as well. I highly doubt that but I guess we’ll find out
@@IronBornRider maybe not this year. Possibly getting ready for the change over in the near future
Any pricing info on the 25 LRST? Or did I just miss it?
No info on pricing but we can speculate that it’ll go up. By how much is the question
I'm Hoping we see a few changes on the Street Bob. And more Parts available to upgrade if you have a older version.

should have a centre mounted gas cap in the cowl and black wheels , and a speedo that dont look like it fell off a honda grom
One dealer said they expected the 121 on some Softail models. We can only hope.

I’d take the black rims for sure

Love your work
All soft tails need a dash upgrade badly
I agree with everything you said. Tho the HO models and 117 in the heritage and otherbikes seems legit but its what we want. Wishful thinking, it may happen!
I worry it will be exclusive to an overpriced CVO model, and it may trickle down to the regular modles in 2026.

100%, but H-D gotta walk that fine line to minimize pissing off the Harley purist that hate on the Revmax engine

The high output is literally the same exact everything except a tune and AC which is the first thing everyone changes anyways.

New low rider ST comes with a headlight bezel that doesn't pop out.
Hopefully I can update my 2024 st to new gauge and a air cleaner
35th Anniversary Fatboy CVO? Just a thought!
That digital gauge is ass. I ho-e they leave it off the low riders
It’s ok on my sportster s. But the Indian version is much much better.
@ I’m not a fan. Even the little LED display that came on my Low Rider was the first thing to go when I got it. I like the traditional analog look.
The breakout price is ridiculous
