They need to understand they aren't the only game in town. True most Harley riders, myself included are a very loyal bunch but loyalty has its limits. Shame the limit will be dictated by our pocket books. Hopefully Harley will have a major rethink and change upper management and bring in a team that understand riders and revamp their sales strategies. 2024 at the Macon Ga dealer is 32K. Add in all the fees and now we are looking at 33,500. Add in sales tax and now we are at 35,500. Then to get a performance bike that sounds good, one must spend 3500 for new pipes, breather, tuner, and dyno. You might go from 105HP to 110 HP. so your 32K bike is now 37K. I can buy a Honda Gold wing which is wayyyyy more comfortable and reliable and has 125HP. for 25K 2024 year model. I can buy a BMW for 30K every factory option running at 160HP..
