After my previous video (how to reach crochet charts) , I received a lot of interest regarding the square featured in the thumbnail of the video. This beautiful square was designed by Melissa Bradley (@yarnblossomcrochet) and she kindly gave me permission to share a step by step tutorial on how to make her square. You can find the written pattern for it in the , "Ultimate Granny Square Sourcebook" by Meteoor Publishing. This is not a sponsored video, btw. I just really love this book. Hope you give the square a try! xx

Good afternoon Roz this square is amazing 👏 I made a lovely throw turning circles into squares and it turned out beautifully . This was from a book called crochet school . Seeing you do the hands on technique is always a big PLUS .We'll done & thanks for sharing . Have a blessed day.
I tried reading patrerns but it didnt go that well ... This tutorial is very clean and clear what to do even for people who began to crochet bot so long ago ! Personally im doing this in one color so i slip stitch instead of cutting the yarn and i turn my work over after round so its not bumpy on one side but the results are still beautifull . Thank you !
I feel so successful! Except for skipping the standing half-double and opting instead to fasten on and chain two, I worked up the whole thing! I have only been crocheting since October, and I absolutely love your video tutorials.
Hi, My Wonderful Crochet Teacher😊 I hope all is well with you. 4 weeks or so I found this Beautiful Granny Square and decided to use it. First, it took me a week to figure out the magic ring. I was making it harder than it really was. Then from your channel I saw how to start without a foundation change. In the beginning we chain 4, DC. Ch 1. Question is do I use a DC for 3 of them and a chain 1? I know I could just try it in different ways but asking the pro is the very best thing I could do. I truly hope you see this and also have a Wonderful Day 😊 YOUR THE BEST!!!!❤
Hi Debbie , I’m m happy to help but confused on where you are watching me start without a foundation chain. If it’s on this video can you tell me the time on the video? Or if you saw this on a different video, let me know. I want to see exactly where you are watching so I answer you accurately 💕
You made this look so easy!! You are a great teacher, I have been doing my stitches wrong and now I get it! So happy with how my first granny square turned out.
Would you be able to do a tutorial on how to crochet graphics, stars, flowers, etc., on an existing sweater or scarf. Thank you! Always learning so much from your channel😊
've your tutorials! Thanks for sharing because your instruction is really understandable and easy to follow. Would you have a suggestion for joining and border. Please. Thanks again!
Thanks so much . That’s a good question. I’d probably go with a flat seam join for these squares. I have a few that I like . ruclips.net/video/SNWyI4t9uO8/видео.html And ruclips.net/video/x-3Ijs9Wm58/видео.html I might not be the right person to ask on the border. I like to keep things simple so maybe just a moss stitch border or crab stitch might be nice . Even a simple sc border would be lovely. For example, r1 of the border in the same background color of the square , r2 the same color as the flower petals. Hope that helps 🧶💕
Hi Roz,..I love this, am very intrigued by the Source book…can you give mea thought about this book as far as content?..yes, I have checked it out on your link, bt it didn’t have many example pages actually None.
