    I love that you're incorporating more veggies in your meals! Veggies are great anti inflammatory foods and probably help with your PCOS symptoms. Thanks for sharing

      It’s helped a lot… I definitely was having way too many meals without veggies in them.. had to switch that up.

      Oh no! I know the feeling. Changing my diet has helped tremendously. I still have a lot of symptoms but not nearly as bad.

      @@KeshaCollins working on changing mine now.. trail an error trying to figure out what triggers the bloat and discomfort. I already wasn’t doing dairy or much red meat.. I’m starting to feel like gluten may be a factor .. but anyway I appreciate your content sm! Thank you gworl!!!!!

      @@Trainingwithtroya I’m not completely gluten free, but I have cut back on gluten a ton! Also no dairy for the most part, but the occasional little bit of cheese here and there. But going lower to moderate carbs helped. Having higher fats and higher protein has worked wonders for me.

    I’m here for alladis content! Really appreciate you sharing various meal options…so very helpful! I find myself resorting to some of the same foods, so adding simple ingredients like the sourdough wafers, really changes the game.

      It’s soooo hard! That’s why I try my best to find foods that I enjoy. But I still do eat out, fast food and all. Just way less than before.

    I usually add turmeric n salt n pepper to the bone broth n cayenne pepper n cilantro sometimes just to add more flavor…

    I love your videos! I know you’re busy but you should try making your own bone broth. It will be a million times better than any store bought version.

    Thanks for sharing. I love your content. Make your own bone broth hun. Taste so much better and easy to make. You can put a whole chicken, celery, carrots, garlic, onions, 2-3 bayleafs, and seasonings of your choicen plus literally a splash of vinegar in a crackpot in water or even one of your premade bone broths plus water, and let it cook on low for 8hrs. Remove the chicken meat from the bones, put the bones back in the pot and cook on low for 16 more hours. Then strain it. Taste so much better dear. 😋 😃 plus easy cause the crackpot does the cooking.

    OK - now I feel REALLY old! I am in bed and drifting off to nite nite land at 9:30pm! Hee hee hee. I don't know if its just exhaustion from work, taking care of my family etc - but when 9:30 hits - I'm DONE! 🤣🤣I hope you were able to have some peaceful rest and are feeling better.     I’m on the PCOS journey too! But I had to laugh when Kesha said 930 was too early to go to bed for her 😂! I’m a teacher and 930 is lights off for me or the kids will run the room! Love your content ❤

    The Trader Joe's bone broth is definitely the best one I have tasted so far. I can drink it without adding anything to it.

      Alphalete had a crazy sample sale a couple of months ago at the gym. It was just a random t shirt I found in a bin. They have tons of new stuff coming for their birthday sale that I’m going to do a try on haul for. I’ll let you know if any of the new crop tops are similar at all.

    I drink my bone broth cold because it helps with the taste🤢 if you’ve never tried bone broth it tastes and smells like you’re making out with a dog lol I hold my breath and just chug it down all at once.
