    When you weigh out a serving, it will surprise you! It’s so easy to overeat if you don’t have an idea of what you’re consuming.

      I tell everyone this when I talk about counting calories. Serving sizes are so much more than you think it would be when you weight it out. It is tedious but I honestly love weighing/measuring everything and counting my calories.

      I figured it out!! You have to make sure the sensors at the bottom are completely dry. If not it won’t start. I’ve have no issues since.

    Sworn I was eating 2300 calories and was upward 2600. Shook me to the core. I’m hoping to stay in my range to actually see results. Fingers crossed

    I admire you for counting the calories. I couldn’t get a pound off eating carbs 😢. I had to go completely carnivore. That pudding looked soooo delicious. 😭 I would flare up so bad.

      @@nell_uhh yes animal products only. I’ve lost over 100lbs eating animal products only like beef pork lard tallow chicken lamb eggs & a little diary except a lot of butter & ghee. I feel fantastic. A lot of our issues come from those rise & drops in insulin. Carbs & sugars & ultra processed foods trigger insulin. Please check out Dr. Ken Berry, Dr. Shawn BakerMD & Dr. Tony Hampton & BlackCarnivore here on RUclips just to name a few. There is an entire community here on RUclips & I can’t explain all the benefits in a response. There are tons of folks on RUclips sharing there experience from going carnivore. I’ve been doing it going on 1.5 years & it’s very sustainable. I fast a lot too. If you dive in you’ll see why the daily fasting. Everything I thought was “healthy” was actually not for me. I use to make the smoothies with the powdered peanut butter too & my health was getting worse (my experience) once I went whole food carnivore my health did a 180. No such thing as an essential carbohydrate.

      ⁠@@nell_uhhyes, a strict carnivore diet is when you eat only BBBE (beef, bacon, butter, eggs). People usually do that to health their gut or heal any of inflammation or skin conditions. Then, you can have the one that’s not so strict where you can eat pretty much any kind of meats along with diary.

    tracking the veggies are important if you're worrying about counting out carbs. most people focus on lowering fat intake and upping protein though

      Amazon, but I’m actually going to be replacing them. They are heavy and good quality, but extremely delicate. Broke one and chipped another, just simply placing them into the dishwasher.

    I need to invest in a protein powder with more g of protein…the one I use have 21g with 2 scoops . I don’t feel I even make my protein amount for the day. I’m tryin 😭 I said imma drink 2 protein drinks a day instead of just the one after my workouts . We literally eat the same way too lol I just sometimes don’t be hungry during lunch …I’d just drink a smoothie most the time if I’m in the house…😫

    i had that issue with my blender.. there are little triangle shaped sensors under the blade that you have to clean really good because hard water settles and covers the sensors. once scrubbed off really good then it should work again

    Good Morning, As a PCOS girl myself how do you keep up with keeping your figure and incorporating cardio? I'm loosing my butt I do the stairmaster 30 min each time i work out and I work out four days a week

      Hi! As I lose body fat I too lose some of my glutes. Unfortunately we can’t choose where the fat comes from. But over the years, after I lose weight I then focus on the muscle that I want to build back up.

    How much does the blender cup weigh though

      Once you add the cup to the scale, you zero the scale out. So you won’t have to worry about that.
