Im currently consuming 1700 calories, doing a little bit of cardio to warm myself up and focusing on strength training. I’m 5’3 and 197.9 lbs. gained 30 lbs after stopping keto and binge eating.

You look great. I switched from 2 percent milk to 1 percent milk. Breakfast is normally serving of healthy cereal and oatmeal by Kodak. My dietitian told me eat half plate of vegetables and small serving of healthy carbs. Water is good and workout consistent and disciplined 5 months counting. Really stop binging and eating junk and bombing my eating and calories. Went back to food scale and tracking in app. I am happy about that. Start vlogging my meals for accountability. Goal go bed early and wake up early at 7 am. Got Alarmy which is alarm app you have to do task to turn alarm off. You are inspiring and your body is nice. Keep up good work.

Ok you are definitely giving me to motivation I need to really take this seriously again. I’m still working out and trying to watch what I eat but I need have room for improvement. Do you have cheat meals during the week? I get too relaxed on the weekends and I can definitely feel it on Mondays.

So i used to not like carbonated water, but im on the tail end of Whole30 and ive grown a taste for Bubbly or la croix carbonated waters. Nice alternative to soda. What introduced me to liking it is adding lemon in one for more flavor. Now I can just drink it.

Did you feel you needed to lift heavy to get the definition in your legs? I have bigs legs, but I would like to have more definition. What would you suggest for lifting? Do you alternate or do you keep the same weight at all times?
Sorry if this is to personal but are you on any type of birth control and if so do u ever experience really bad bloating or weight gain depending on the type you use.
Wow 166.8 lbs? You must be really tall. To me at 5'7" that is very heavy but you look all slim and trim with a narrow waist. You look like 135 - 140. The fattest I have ever been was 168lbs and I was fat, paunchy and awful. I went back down to 149 and I still feel fat although not as disgusting as 168.
I’m actually 5’6, so I would say around average height. I have a lot of muscle mass from years of lifting weight, so that’s why 166 looks different on me. I also do tend to lose weight in my stomach/upper body area before my lower. So naturally with a flatter stomach, people just assume I’m smaller than what I am.
@@KeshaCollinsOh yes muscles weigh a lot more. Wow look at the difference it makes. I really thought you must be 6'1" or something. Did not think of muscle mass
Correct, Ive been an athlete my entire life and pretty much always in shape. But my out of shape might look different than someone else’s out of shape.

Just focus on staying consistent with one meal. Once that becomes an easy habit, you can then slowly increase to two. Just start small.
