    I’ve been working my tail off all month, and had a bad weekend. I bloated so freaked much, and was so frustrated. I appreciate the first segment of this video. I needed to hear ALLADAT!! 😭🙏🏾

      Similar! I had a off week and felt fluffy and round. Literally thought I gain everything back. A week later I was back to my regular weight and felt toned and tight again. That first segment was so related

    Great video. For lighting issue maybe get some floor lamp. Also check you no dairy milks for Gellan gum it could be one of the reasons for your bloating

    Hi Kesha, love your channel. Try cooking black beans from scratch. Soak them over night, add 1 tsp of baking soda & lots of garlic in addition to other spices, cumin, salt thyme etc. This should make it easier on the tummy. Hope this helps.

    Girl!!! Your sushi inspired meal was soooooo good! I’ve been looking for more ways to use tuna and that hit that spot. I used a packet of tuna and half a cucumber with low fat cream cheese and light soy sauce. BOMB! It definitely satisfied my sushi craving

    I enjoyed your videos. I am really interesting in controlling what I eat. I am on 3 day liquid diet. And then back to calorie counting and measuring. And intermittent fasting. I am really hoping in 3 months to be down 80 pounds. I am down 60. I been struggling. But I am facing my fears of overcoming my disordered eating. I really wanna learn about health and get in shape and finally lose weight. Its gonna happen. The mind is powerful.

    My energy has been low. So Ive been chilling at home (major hermit mode). I've been eating just straight-up junk food. Not really feeling like cooking. So, I took your advice and subscribed to Factor Meals as I know I need to increase my intake of healthy nutrients. Can't wait to bounce back. Hope you enjoy your new city.

    You put me on to Shakshuka a while back. You insisting we try it, gave me the push to actually do it cause I’d actually never even heard of it before, and when I tell you it was BOMB…. I make it all the time now. Definitely going to try your take on tuna! So different and reminds me of a healthy and homemade sushi.

    Beans make me feel bloated too but I still say yolo sometimes 😂 had chili for dinner last night with beans in it and for lunch today I had a chipotle bowl with pinto and black beans ☠️ needless to say you know how I’m feeling rn lmaoo

    Sis 💕 I love how real & transparent you are!! I'm really struggling with losing weight I have my why & for the last month I have been consistent with my workouts. Just struggling with what to do in the gym and what meal plan to do. Should I do low carbs or keto so I really need help. I don't know if I should do mostly cardio or strength training which I enjoy doing the most. Any advice for me I really would appreciate it. Thank you I love your videos I just found you yesterday.

      Hello! I completely understand how confusing it can all be with how much info is on the internet, but you actually have to simplify everything. You want to do weight training and cardio. Weights 4-5 days per week, and cardio 3-4 days no more than 30 minutes. This is just a simple guideline I’m giving you. When it comes to your diet, do not remove anything. You need carbs for energy. Eat whatever you have been eating, but in moderation. I have tons of full days of eating on my channel (there is a playlist). I still eat a great amount of food while losing weight, I just lower my calories slightly.

    Idk why but I have been terrified of stepping on the scale even though I’m seeing a slight diff and my clothes are fitting differently. My diet was trash last week during my period but I was able to stop the spiral before I gave up completely and I’m feeling like myself again.

      Don’t even step on. You feeling good about your changes is all that matters. I’m literally only stepping on the scale for this series. But yes, we have to jump back in before we get too deep

    I am am glad your furniture arrive. I had to sit on my bed for 2 months also when I moved into my place. Funny I built my entertainment center out of wood also.
    I want you to know that I am not a stalker. I am so excited that I found you. I really been stressing. Eventhough I am an ex NBA ball player it's been 22 since I did and kind of workout. When I retired it had been 30 years of sports. I didn't want dqo anything. In one year I put on 100 pounds. Shameful
