I def struggle with not eating enough calories. Despite being active, I cannot lose weight and that's prolly the reason. Your body will hold onto weight if it's not getting enough food. Currently 5ft7 183lbs. Goal is 155-160ish by the summer.

Sea salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, ground mustard, cayenne, parsley.

What are the benefits of taking bone broth?
There is a large list of benefits, but I specially drink it for my gut health. Great source of collagen, helps with skin, hair etc. I also drink it for the protein. It has tons of protein in just a cup. So great to drink if you don’t like protein powder, or you struggle to get enough protein in.

Do you track your calories at all?
Whenever I am in a weight/fat loss phase I definitely do. I know it’s not for everyone, but I personally need to count in order to make sure Im staying in a deficit and hitting my protein. When I’m not cutting, I don’t but I am still mindful of how many calories I am intaking.

Hi!! I’ve actually always been very rectangle, and a bit boxy, even when I was thin. Over the years I’ve worked to build some type of curves.

Does all of that excess protein not harm your kidney/ liver?
The whole too much protein thing is a myth, unless you already have a pre-existing condition. You would have to have an ungodly amount of protein for it to actually affect your liver/kidneys… My 130-150g of protein daily won’t hurt me at all.
