For your over medium eggs you can try covering it with a pot cover instead of flipping it And let it cook that way. You can check to see how cooked it is by shaking the pot and seeing how much the yoke wiggles or after a while you will just know by how it looks. I used to Flip my over medium eggs but now I just cover it.

How do you get your stomach so flattttttt. I have some stubborn belly fat and and it wont go awayyyyyyyy. It is so nerve wrecking. I don't eat poorly. I do a 10 min ab workout 2x/week and cardio 3x/week. Maybe I need to increase my ab days.
I had the same problem, a thick fat layer of fat over hard ab muscles😩I started tracking my macros, especially fat. The fat is melting finally! I use spray oil and air fry mostly. This is the only thing that's worked for me.
@@LifeInTheSunshine I know I need to count my macros but I have no idea how and it seems so tedious lol. I keep saying I will get an air fryer and still haven't smh lol. How did you learn how to count them? And does it take a long time?
Same thing I did @TheHixMixTV and increasing my protein. My fat is finally melting and it’s only been 2.5 weeks so far.
