The best super healthy ASPARAGUS soup with my favourite SECRET ingredient!

- Let's celebrate the fresh spring asparagus with this nutrient-packed marvellous soup. Vegetarian meal that easily can be made vegan by replacing butter with other fat. Ready in 20 minutes or less.
What You Will Need: (For 4.5 litres pot)
~ 1.5 pound asparagus
~ 5-6 medium potatoes
~ Large hand full (about half a pound) of kale, spinach or other favourite leafy new greens
~ 1 medium large onion
~ 4-5 cloves of garlic (I used the entire head)
~ 1 hot pepper ( I used medium hot green pepper)
~ 8-10 fresh curry leaves (highly recommended if you can find them)
~ vegetable broth (about 2 litres)
~ 2 Tbsp. of butter
~ Salt and pepper to taste
Enjoy with a slice of Sourdough Bread!
