I get the privilege of testing out this JDM Legend! the 1996 Toyota Supra RZ... this supra is the one you want with a 6 speed manual gear box and the mighty twin turbo 2jz-gte (tt) tho this particular car has been modified now running a single turbo set up.. i will leave a link to the add for the car witch will tell you in greater detail what has actually been done to the car.
This Supra 100% lived up to the name and truly lost me for words.. the supra is def up there with the King of JDM the GTR and i would love to get these cars together and truly compare the performance! (maybe one day)

4” Stainless dump pipe with aftermarket 100 cpsi cat, 3.5” exhaust and HKS Canon

Upgraded fuel system dual pumps, upgraded fuel feed line, fuel pressure regulator and upgraded relays in the boot
Brakes/Wheels/Suspension
Slotted and drilled rotors and pads still quite new
KW V3 coilovers with only a few thousand kilometres on them
Front strut brace
Bushes are all still in good condition
OZ racing three piece wheels pegasus 18x10.5 on the rear and 18x9.5 on the front.
Brand new Michelin pilot sport 4 275x35x18 and 245x40x18
Haltech Elite 2500 with Haltech boost control and wideband control
Relocated battery to the boot with oddysey battery
Defi boost gauge
Tuned by WTF Auto

I can understand why Ross was lost for words whilst driving this street weapon. I've personally been in this car and the video doesn't quite do it justice. This is THE most responsive beast of a Supra you will ever drive. Power delivery doesn't bite you in the arse at the top end but is rather progressively abundant through the rev range. You'd be forgiven to forget its a 20+ year old car as it corners as well as, if not better than, an 86. Warping through the gears the car stops just as quickly with its legendary slotted and cross drilled 4 pots. Fighter-Jet cockpit aside, the interior is as new and the factory seats are perfectly bolstered for comfort and support. Who am I kidding, I don't even have the words to truly capture what this car is really about.
i think you did a bloody good job trying to recreate the feeling of the drive through words! better than me i think😅 the car was absolutely amazing and with out a doubt one of the best cars i've ever driven! trying to make the video do the car justice was very challenging..

2JZ-GTE the most powerful engine inline6 3.0L single turbo you can't see in Puerto Rico the power of 2JZ-GTE (zoain camry) 255mph in 5.660 second 1/4 mile and (the big 21).... 260mph in 5.770 second 1/4 mile and (el humidle) 242mph in 5.955 second 1/4 mile.....
DM4N 2jz-gte Aiman 3800hp supra this engine is amazing! Toyota reliability with insane power! This car drove amazing and was bloody quick! Amazing how well they built these so long ago

What does the RZ trim has compared to base Supra?
RZ have the 2JZ-GTE and after 1996 is 6 speed with an LSD standard

That isn't a rz model that an sz (non turbo chassis) that's been swapped with gte turbo engine.
Also that's not a radiator that was the intercooler hahaha
can you tell me why its a non turbo chassis?
@@RossReviewsau there's cues that show that it's n/a vs and rz chassis. First and easiest one is the supra turbo emblem not be on the rear hatch. . All rz chassis have "supra turbo" on the right side of the rear hatch . Unless they swapped their hatch with a non turbo one but yea theres a few others but that's one easy way to tell
100% factory RZ definitely not an sz
Pretty sure JDM supra's didnt come with turbo badging regardless of SZ / RZ? I know mine didn't
