  • @piloctor15
    @piloctor15 Год назад +21

    I don’t really make comments on videos but I gotta say man this is a straight banger! I can’t stop making these, pro tip for other viewers:
    Less is more: don’t drown it in sugar and cinnamon it’ll ruin it, it’s gonna drive you nuts with sweetness, just sprinkle enough to make it lightly covered,
    Add salt: yes, salt is gonna take it to the next level not too much but salt brings out the flavor
    Be sure to sprinkle a little after cooling, sometimes the sugar melts so hitting them with a little spray and sprinkling sugar adds the cinnamon toast effect
    You might have to microwave them for a bit longer that’s okay, if you have a weak microwave don’t go over 40 seconds, but you can do them for a couple rounds in 40 sec increments to prevent burning
    Cut them into smaller bites, it’s less cumbersome to eat them by cutting them into semi large squares
    as an optional bonus tip, when you take them out of the microwave put em straight into the freezer to flash cool them, cools them quicker and the crisp much better then just leaving them on the counter

    The first time I made this it took me a long time and I made a mess. Today I made it a little different and it was way faster and easier with no mess. I halved the recipe for a quick bowl.
    I mixed the swerve and cinnamon in a coffee grinder, cut the lavash in half, coated both sides and microwaved the coated lavash for about a minute. When it cooled slightly, I cut it into strips then broke off the bite size pieces with my fingers. It was actually more crunchy than my first batch came out. I made some keto milk with 75ml heavy cream, 175ml water, pinch of salt, and 4 drops of stevia. I was done in less than 10 minutes. Best keto bowl of cereal I've ever had.

    Would it be possible to just bake the whole wrap/tortilla then just break off the pieces? seems like a time saver although you would forfeit the uniformity

    🤯🤯🤯🔥🔥🔥 You're amazing! I see those low carb keto cereals all the time and blow right past them! After my husband and I there are 4 other people in our house! 😂 The little people are the most ravenous! The cheapest I've seen is $7/box. No thank you! That won't even feed everybody ONCE! 😅 Even Costco isn't competitively price! Thank you!!!! We LOVE CTC. I'm trying this IMMEDIATELY! 💗💗💗
