I apologize for the shakiness of the video. This horn test took over 20 minutes to do due to it being a 4 story department store. I will try and be more cautious of moving the camera in weird angles in the future. Thanks!
BEAUTIFUL!! I love 6120s so much lol. THIS is what fire alarms should've stayed as. Really surprised they don't sound raspy, because EST usually throws out FWR instead of Filtered DC
@kohlerwellworthman2902 it's rare you see them stores with mechanical horns the Macy's in Franklin tn had mix of system sensor an simplex there third floor which was the salon an offices had simplex 2901-9838s on strobe plates including there merchandise floor 1R all 9838s and there were over maybe 200 in the store

How did the have horn strobes on the mirrors? Never seen that before. Sorry for the dumb question...
😋
17 minutes of old mechanical horns, amazing. What an unusual thing for an EST system.
Gotta love those glorious Faraday 6120s! Those integrities are cool too
I used to go to an elementary school with those horn strobes and it also had an exceeder and a couple wheelock AS horn strobes as replacement devices
love the 6120s. very interesting system, nice video dude
YAY!! My childhood fire alarms

Agreed!!!!! This new shit is AWFUL!
Maybe it’s a certain panel EST has that doesn’t throw out FWR, or they probably modified the panel or something.
Very cool system
7:11 and 11:30 integrities vs the good old FOS 6120s
They're FOS 6120s as stated in the description
@@aidanthetoiletelevatorfire7554 oh ok lol i dont read descriptions sometimes
did you ring the whole mall?
Wait one more question that i always wanted to know. Why are they called horns?
Where is this btw?? I must know because i wanna check this out!! I haven't seen a place that has original horns like these!!!!
Is this in NJ? I feel like I’ve been there before
Indeed it is

Wait where?! I live in Trenton. I need to know where this is. I haven't seen original alarms like this in 90 years

FOS 6120's, EST Integrities and Wheelock CWST-24's
There was also a Faraday 5509L strobe.
Wish I could watch more of the video. The camera swinging back and forth and facing the floor made me sick.
