    Really great set using two of my absolute favorite tools! I love how you do the stretching and make everything follow-along. Very nicely designed series of movements, too. One suggestion for future videos: it would be amazing if instead of (or in addition to) using your ipad for timing you put the timings on the video in post editing. Particularly for the rests: always unsure how long you're going to pause that iPad. Fantastic set, have subscribed, will for sure do more of your workouts.

    Hey Mark i am looking to build muscle and want to do a full body workout. not looking to lose fat just build muscle. can i do this?
