- Coach Zack is bringing us a 45-minute, total-body conditioning workout. Grab your #SuspensionTrainer, a kettlebell, and a mini band.
👉 Complete 3 rounds of the following exercises for 40 seconds each followed by 20 seconds of rest.
1️⃣ TRX Single Leg Hinge (R)
2️⃣ TRX Burpee (R)
3️⃣ TRX Single Leg Hinge (L)
4️⃣ TRX Burpee (L)
5️⃣ TRX Hamstring Curl w/ Weight
6️⃣ Half Kneeling Halo
👉 For our second set of exercises, we're working for 4 rounds. Complete each exercise for 30 seconds.
1️⃣ Kettlebell or Med Ball Single Arm Loaded Squat
2️⃣ TRX Single Arm Weighted Row
3️⃣ Kettlebell Swing or Slam Ball Slam
4️⃣ Kettlebell Squat to Press or Wall Ball
👉 For our last block of exercises, we have a 5-minute AMRAP (as many reps as possible) -- mini band optional!
1️⃣ TRX Squat Jack - 20 reps
2️⃣ TRX Hamstring Curl - 10 reps
3️⃣ TRX Low Row to Bicep Curl - 5 reps

You know you've had a good workout when your nine-year-old son looks at you and says, "Daddy, are you OK?" :) Love how you talk through the details of each move.
