shouldn't the straps be fully lengthened and not scraping his arms in chest press? It's what other videos say
As someone who is just learning to use these straps I find the one thing no one explains in these demonstrations is what length to set the strap and why, although he did say to adjust to mid-calf after doing the low rows. That information would be very helpful although I'm starting to figure it out for myself.
