Crispy Scalloped Potatoes/ Potato Fritters! Annie's Kitchen

Hello and welcome back to my kitchen!
I absolutely looooove potatoes in any shape or form and haven't had scalloped potatoes for years...I made my own fried potato fritters and omg they were deliciously addictive...soo crispy and golden brown on the outside, fluffy and soft in the middle, absolutely perfect with tartar sauce or some good ol' fashioned ketchup. So try it out! It's super easy and cheap to make anyway, perfect to try during a lockdown, just to make yourself feel that little bit better :)
