I do

Such a pleasure to sit back and observe not only the cooking process, but also how the cameraman captures the unexpected cheekiness and maleness of the chef to unite each video. Because of its FUN, this is my most FAVOURITE cooking channels on youtube.
Your support and enthusiasm are truly appreciated, and we're grateful to have you as part of our cooking community. Cheers! 🎥👨🍳😊
These are, hands down, the best cooking videos on the Web!!! You are adorable and so talented. Thank you so much for these.
And…no wasted time trying to be entertaining. He IS just that. These are obviously well rehearsed and well edited. His videos are both informative and enjoyable. I watch a lot of cooking videos, but his cut right to the point. I don’t want to hear about the chef’s family or where he worked, or see his dog walking around behind him. I just want the info.
The fact that he makes it enjoyable is the icing on the cake.
Omgosh...... he just gave a whole new meaning to chicken and waffles !!!!! Those chicken chips looked awesome. This guy is the bomb.💣
First time I'm more fascinated by the editing than the food
They are ok individually but are disorienting and tacky put together. You are experiencing morbid curiosity
It’s like ASMR for the eyeballs. O.o
We've all been effed up too long

Ha I get it
You didn't mention the small mortgage necessary to buy enough olive oil to deep fry! :)
LOL . . . . - Susan Burns
you shouldnt use olive oil to fry anyway, it is not made for frying.
@@coreenasilver That`s probably why it`s so good.
I use avocado oil.
Totally failed to mention how olive oil is poorly suited for high heat.
Big compliments from The Netherlands. Not only for the chef and his recipes, but also for this unique way of filming. I love it!

He should be hired by top chefs at high class yachting companies for showing of the excellent 5* cooking cooking . Right now im more impressed by the editing, the music and camera work then the food they made ....darn good job

The chef made some outstanding snacks. Can't wait to try them. The director and videographer were also outstanding. Thumbs up.
Pouring a beer like that brings everything you do into question.
YES!!! How are we supposed to trust anything about this man after that? 😱😭😂
I stopped watching after seeing all that foam...
I like head but not on my beer.
I don’t know I like my beer poured very hard. Still enough carbonation but doesn’t make me feel as bloated. Probably makes me an idiot but it’s good enough for me. Hmm..maybe I should just drink slower. Yeah nah.
@@559624 Fellow Aussie detected. ;)
It's worth remembering that good pouring technique differs a bit between pouring it out of a can/bottle or pulling one from the tap.
Re. this video, yeah it was a bit hard to watch... but obviously just done for style points. I'm not gonna be too tough on the bloke.... this time.
But anyone who actually pours a cold one for their mate like that deserves a "WTF bro?"

I doubt it. poorly seasoned and fried in olive oil - a terrible choice. all of the recipes looked so bad. but it was kinda entertaining.
This is totally my kind of cooking show. No talking! Instead beautiful videography and clear instructions. Cool recipes. Glad I found you randomly today! My favourite was the fried pasta! Bon appetit!

I could have done without the music and also the spillages were playing with my OCD. Not to mention the way he poured that beer 😭😆 besides that everything else was perfect!

Recipes, presentation and subliminal (sort of) humour are always on point, but now you're really stepping things up with an excellent soundtrack.
Please continue down this path.
I heard Gordon Ramsey and every single Italian screaming in my head when he started frying pasta
Why do people keep insisting on portraying italians as a bunch of whiny babies that can't handle any slight change to their food? It's not even funny anymore, just "haha guys look, italians get angry over stupid things! get it?"
@@sarahbelle81 Who said Italians are whinny?
@Daniel Herrera (dh8606) Oh
@@sarahbelle81 The joke about the Italians is not about how whinny they are it's about how much they love food and that they like to see it made the best way possible. Same with Gordon Ramsay hance why he is bundled in this case.
I'm pretty sure pasta chips are an Italian thing. Why would they cry about something they made?
You and your video-grapher create a sensual event regarding cooking that blows any other channel away! The angles, speed, exposure are outstanding...I'm mesmerized by your videos! The recipes are outstanding, easy and contain readily available ingredients.

The small fried bites with honey ,here in Greece ,we call then "loukoumades" and we make then on every occasion we want something sweet and delicious. We cover then with honey and cinnamon, but also with melted chocolate and walnut
In Serbia, those are called "Ustipak". Little bit bigger than this on video and usually eaten with "kajmak", it is a milk product. My grandmother make this almost every day when I was young, and it is usually make for all my friends and neighbor children.
In Turkey we call them " lokma" but we serve with "şerbet" which is boiled water sugar mix . Never tried with cinnamon but next time i will 🌞
@@mervenuryurttutan6925 try them also with feta cheese and honey

In Nigeria, we call them puff-puff and they are sprinkled with sugar, not honey. So delicious.

Mini deep fryers are on sale in my area this week. Gonna buy one and try these out!!! 😋😛😜
for your stomach😂😂😂
The first recipe is a traditional Greek desert called "loukoumades". It's fried in olive oil as almost everything in Greece (e.g. french fries, fish). Olive oil is excellent for frying if you like its "heavy" taste and much healthier than most of the other types of oils used for frying. It's also more expensive (but cheaper if you live in Greece).
Thank you ,another person with a brain ,amen
So creative! Love this guy's videos for the recipes, the video, and the ambience!

That "song" gets pretty annoying by 3 mins in...
Only made it 2 and it hurt my thumb
Try on fastest speed its funny
How is the song called?
It's a repeating music bed, it's better than the millions of videos with a ridiculous hip hop drum beats.

After I’ve seen him for a good while now, I cannot watch any other cooking videos.
True story!
Congratulations Chef !!!
I love how the video was made. It's not only one of this uncountable boring cooking videos.
Yes! With endless, unnecessary explanations.
This guy using olive oil to deep fry things just makes me *sad*
There has been research on this to say it’s alright to fry in olive oil
has a higher burn temp so less likely to create carcinogenic burnt black stuff, so what's the problem?
@@akaok2060 not really. You usually get extra virgin olive oil (at least, here in the Mediterranean area) and its burning point is around 160C. Both peanuts and vegetable oil’s burning point is over 210C
It is above all that olive oil for frying good has a dirty taste and that in the video its oil is by no means olive oil given the very golden yellow color and not the green color or brown with good olive oil
@@mydoan6297 Still man, there's peanut or canola oil man

Lol
Someone has to point out the sloppy beer pouring, it isn't me.
More foam than beer😂😂😂
I think his whole technique is supposed to be reckless...lol
(food looks great though!)
From what I've learned, foaming up the beer prevents one from getting a stomach ache when they eat snacks with the beer. Highly used method and nothing wrong with it
But it was a Budweiser not a Guinness
Hahahaha my husband said the same thing! He was horrified 😅
Most macho anyone felt when watching a cooking video😁👍
You are funny, Chef John. Not only chef but an entertainer and world class cook. Wow! I looked at your face, a little of it that you show, and realized you look slavic , from slavic descent as I am. More power to you!

professional interacting with dangerous animal = balls of steel/joke about getting bit
weird take on italian food = angry comments or jokes about angry comments
any video with red meat = omg salmonella!!!!!1!!1!
any drama video = devolves into a pointless argument about twitter, SJWS, or politics
any video = top comments are all variations on the same few jokes
OSTs/music videos = complaining about pop music, or not talking about the actual music at all
movies = circlejerk about how bad CGI is
"easy" recipes = complaints about some ingredient people dont have
tiktok videos = circlejerk about how bad tiktok is, despite youtube being just as bad
