    I have been doing this practice for the last 3 days, twice in a row. It is so soothing for my S-Scoliosis, I love it! Thank you so much foe doing this for the scoliosis community, I will try your other videos as well. Greetings from Munich!

    Wow thank you so much for doing this! I have right thoracic scoliosis from muscle imbalances from weight lifting and doing one sided sports. These are extremely helpful!

    Hello maam, does this yoga aim only for not making the degrees more higher or does it can reduce the degrees if we do it everyday ?

      If you want to reduce your curve you really need to get very specific with your exercise programme and have it tailored to your curve pattern!

    it has been 1 yr for my scoliosis surgery ....can i do these stretches?
