- 20 minute core activation practice. Strengthening the core is very important for scoliosis as we want to make sure the spine stays stable. This practice is suitable for those with and without spinal fusion.

Thank you for this, have been using yoga to manage my scoliosis for just over a couple of years now, but find that some poses / classes can aggravate it. This is perfect!! I don't know about anyone else, but I find that daily yoga, even just 20 minutes or so, is my daily pain killer, plus it's nice just to have time to chill on my mat. Thank you!! ❤️💛💚💙💜
