I'm a Cleveland Cavs basketball fan. I'm from Cleveland, Ohio. Cleveland is stupid for trading Ron Harper to Los Angeles Clippers for Danny Ferry, Reggie Williams LOL. Cleveland might've been able to get championships if they had kept Ron Harper, Brad Daugherty, Larry Nance, Mark Price, John Williams(RIP). Michael Jordan of Chicago Bulls is my favorite NBA basketball player.

At 3:00 you see the difference between Harper and Jordan. Mj was 6'6 with the first step of a 6ft point guard.. Harper was still that dude tho

I absolutely stood in awe watching Jordan, but I always loved Ron Harper’s game. He was an electric high flyer prior to injuring his knee.

Ron was nice. He had the tools and the length to destroy guards at the #2 position. His basketball IQ was underrated. The GM allegedly traded him from Cleveland to save his life. He was running with a rough crowd (allegedly). He was awesome with the Clippers as well. Great champion. Not given opportunities to be interviewed. It is know that he has a speech impediment (stutter), which shouldn’t matter because his perspective about the game is valuable.

Bill Walton had the same type of speech impediment when he was a player, but overcame it in the early 90s

I remembers these battles. Harper used to give Jordan a lot of hell before his injury.

But MJ played against plumbers and firefighters. He had no competition etc. lol. That Cavs team would give any team today a run for their money.

Harper's game was flamboyant and he was a thoroughbred at the shooting guard pos.with the cavs before the serious injuries as he displays on this clip and with the clippers he was even more unleashed .atleast he got 5rings as a key role player when he fell off as a scorer.
