Ron Harper (who missed Game 1 with a bum ankle) said after Game 1 that Jordan would never score 50 on him.
MJ got word and took it personal.

35 ppg at 54% fg for the season is crazy! 🐐

Goddamn for reals??? That’s what did for the whole season??? Wtf. I wondered what his % on 3s was that yr? So crazy yo, that’s just insanely too good. You’d honestly think that that’s Shag’s numbers/stats ya kno? Bcuz all Shag did was in the paint whereas MJ was scoring on all levels.

@@JoeJoe-t3wWhat was his efficiency on that 37 ppg tho? Was it 54% fg as well bcuz that’s just ridiculous my friend. So basically outta 30 shots that MJ wud take per game, this mfer is making half aka 15 of it & on some nights the #1 UNDISPUTED goat MJ wud make 16 shots outta 30 shots like wtf??????? Lmfao 😮😮😮💯💯💯 That’s just insanely too efficient & good. No wondered MJ is the goat & Lebron is without a doubt #2 after MJ!!! And I say that as a way bigger fan of LBJ than MJ bcuz I grew up watching LBJ ya kno? Some ppl don’t even have LBJ top 5 or 10 all time & honestly they’re just some Lebron delusionals, haters, & clowns! That’s real talk yo💯💯💯

In 1988, MJ became the first player ever to win the scoring title (at 35ppg on 54% FG%), defensive player of the year becoming the first to have over 200 steals and 100 blocks, regular season MVP, All Star game MVP scoring a then All Star game record 40 points with 8 rebounds, 4 steals, 4 blocks, and his usual clutch shooting down the stretch. 🐐🥇

Did he win a chip in this legendary yr of his my friend? It sounds like that’s the only thing/award that’s missing from this historic season/year of the undisputed #1 goat MJ 😮😮😮💯💯💯 Just wow my friend wow yo.

@@FeezFBaby Silly rhetorical question kid. I also neglected to mention that he also won the dunk contest in ‘88 too. Idk if you were alive, but he learned from the brutal fights and dirty Pistons tactics. Two years after ‘88, he won his first chip and 7th straight scoring title. And he did go on to go 6 for 6 in the Finals while setting the record for most regular season wins while also winning a chip (2nd most ever to Golden State who didn’t win a chip that year).
6 MVP’s in 6 Finals. Led the Finals in scoring every year he was in it. All time ppg leader in playoff, Finals, and regular season history. The Bulls never went to a game 7 during that entire run except vs the Knicks in 1992…where the Bulls went on to win the only game 7 in all 6 title runs by over 30 points.
And he’s still the only player EVER to accomplish the feat I mentioned in the original comment - just add that to the list.

Arguably MJ's greatest playoff series. 45.2PPG/5.5RPG/5APG/2.9SPG/1.6BPG shooting 56%FG and 92%FT over 5 games.

I saw a stat today in the Utah game that the last time someone had multiple 50 point games in a series was 1988, 2001, and 2 players in 2020.

No one really hence why MJ is the #1 UNDISPUTED goat 💯 But without a doubt & without question Lebron is #2 after MJ tho. Some or a lot of ppl (delusionals/haters/clowns imo) don’t even have LBJ top 5 all time lmfao. Sone jackasses really don’t even have Lebron top 10 all time. I’m sorry but if u don’t have Lebron in ur top 5 or 10 all time then u lose all credibility & respect & ur ass can’t be taken seriously when it comes to anything or opinions you’ve when it comes to 🏀 basketball & that’s just real talk yo 💯

Idiots with an axe to grind say that but anyone with common sense knows that MJ couldn't do it alone. It's a team sport so obviously it takes an entire unit to succeed. Anyone who says Jordan did it alone is just as foolish as those who say he couldn't win without Scottie. Idiots on both sides of the argument.
