TIPS FROM OUR FRANS:
CHIROPRACTOR: Encourage an increase in blood flow which is positive news for conception, as some women struggle with fertility because of blocked fallopian tubes. Encouraging better blood flow can make it easier for a fertilized egg to move into the fallopian tubes- one step closer to the uterus!
MACA ROOT: It is a natural remedy that can be used to treat certain health issues, including infertility and sex drive. To reduce stress and anxiety, boost cognitive function, and support energy levels, Ashwagandha may be better. If you're seeking to enhance fertility, physical performance, & balance hormones, Maca may be better.
MUCINEX
Some people and older research have noted that Mucinex may help you get pregnant by thinning your cervical mucus. Still, there's not enough recent evidence to show that cough medicine increases fertility.
CoQ10
It is thought to help support healthy egg and sperm production. One study showed that women who received pre-treatment of CoQ10 supplements for 60 days or longer resulted in improved egg health and higher fertilization rates.
Castor Oil Therapy

ACCUPUNCTURE
There's evidence that acupuncture may help improve fertility in women with many health conditions. These include polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), hypothyroidism, and ovulation problems. A few studies have shown improvement in fertility with acupuncture. Some studies say acupuncture can improve sperm quality and ovarian function, but no conclusive evidence shows that acupuncture can treat infertility or help you conceive.

You two are SO real. Your openness and willingness to share your lives is generous beyond measure. I never got the opportunity to become a mom. I’m 40 now. Life just went by more quickly than I was prepared for.
IUI aren’t super expensive $1100-$1500, if you try it don’t do more than a few. I wasted YEARS doing them trying to take the cheaper route but in the end IVF worked and I have twins now! I recommend getting the genetic testing of the embryos ( extra 5K, but soooo worth it. We had healthy babies at 41)
I’m a new subscriber and I wanted to thank you for sharing your journey. I also have a left blocked tube and had an ectopic with right tube removal. So it’s been a frustrating journey trying to conceive. I also was told your fallopian tube can pick up an egg from the opposite side, they’re mobile.

I got diagnosed with secondary unexplained infertility, we tried for 2.5 years. We did 3 IUIs that all failed and our insurance didn’t cover any fertility treatments we were 10k in at that point. We were supposed to start IVF in October, I was waiting to get my period and it never came (conceived naturally)
I was sick during my ovulation window and took the blue mucinex (guafinesin? Spelling?) every 12 hours for a few days and had sex in the morning and we got pregnant.

Usually it's when u stop trying that it happens. Sucks that praying isn't the main factor lol when u feel a piece of ur family is missing it's hard to explain. I feel another soul is ment to be in my family of 4 but either way as y'all say I am blessed already..,,

Try doing the deed around 5am!! Set an alarm. Supposedly it helps when the sperm is at rest😭😭
