I got tears watching this! It is so hard to stay positive when you feel alone and unheard. A mother is always fighting for their child, even before the child is yet there ❤️
After a failed IUI, I’m going for a round of IVF this summer. I cried so hard listening to your story. I deeply believe that you have to trust yours instincts and in this emotional process you have to trust your doctors. Thank you Sarah for sharing your strength. 🥰
Sarah , thank you so much for sharing your journey. I am starting my IVF journey in august. I have PCOS and insulin resistance. It’s been such a tough journey for my husband and I so far. I got so emotional during your video because it’s so painful to go through this journey. I always knew something was wrong with my body as well and pushed the doctors test. Now I’m going to start I’ll have the doctors to check for everything before starting IVF. I hope one day that I’ll have my rainbow baby. I’ll go through painful days and nights just to become a mother. Wish me luck ❤️
@@zahrafahim8210 no, I actually ended up pregnant after 8 cycles of letrozole. I tried one more time having sex every other day and took the medication to help me ovulate. I was also distracted that month now currently 20 weeks pregnant with a little girl.
You are an inspiration. Thank you for sharing this wonderful and inspirational IVF journey of yours. Today I had my egg retrieval. It is my first IVF treatment here in Finland after 7 years of being married. I have been emotionally and physically stressed since I had 4 miscarriages in the first 3 years of our marriage in the Philippines and it was impossible to have IVF treatment there. You gave me hope and confidence not to give up on our dream of having a child.I hope and pray that my IVF journey is going to be successful too. God bless your family!!!

Dear Sarah, I just heard your story today... I feel your battle! I was in the same battle for 8 years and had done endless cycles! In my case it was not me the problem, I can get pregnant naturally, but my husband couldn´t and we had to do IVF. You are right about doctors! How many have I seen and told me there is no problem and never pushed it to the end. Unlike you, I wasn´t able to find someone in my continent (Canada and USA) that could make the miracles you had with your Dr. from Belgium. Theis led me to a situation where after 8 years of hormonal injections, my body stopped reacting and I was obliged to stop the treatments without any child. Actually standards in EU are higher than in Canada for IVF blood tests and research. So, I admire your resilience and I am very happy for you! Congratulations on winning your battle and achieving your dream! Moms like us, who have their children with so much pain, know the meaning of motherhood... In your case, you incarnate it! Allah yehmikeh w yehmeh ayltik! God Bless! Aline
I’m crying listening your story. I’m doing IVF myself and your story brings me hope ❤ I really don’t understand how they don’t look your thyroid in your first blood test 😢 So glad you found a doctor who fought for you and your baby ❤❤❤
So amazing that you advocated for yourself and you didn’t give up. It’s so common in the infertility world just to be shrugged off. So so brave and such a warrior ♥️ beautiful beautiful story.
Mine ignored the fact we knew for 17 years I had bilateral hydrosalpinx and said I didn’t need to correct it to do IVF. After two failed retrievals I opted to get my tubes removed before the third attempt. They said it wasn’t necessary but after I did it we harvested 24 follicles this morning. Not only is it emotional and financially draining it’s time consuming and after 17 years people like me are short on time and other resources. Hoping for the best here forward. Takeaway is: always advocate for yourself! To them it’s just another Tuesday and they get fatigued too.
Hi Sarah, I feel blessed to go through this recording. I recently had a miscarriage and my OBGYN was not giving importance to check my Thyroid rather suggested me to go through INfertility. I have one healthy child born in April 2020 and I am 40 years. I thought May be I should approach infertility as the risk is high as we age. Now I got my blood work and my Thyroid is way high. Now the infertility doctor says we continue the egg extraction and keep the embryo ready while in parallel I get my Thyroid levels in control. After going through your story I believe I better get my Thyroid levels in control before I start the IVF
I’m half way into your video. I’m so sorry you were failed by all these doctors. I understand what it’s like to fight for yourself and have to advocate for yourself and no one is trying to help. It’s terrible we have to push so hard.
THANK YOU!! It’s hard to believe how many unqualified doctors are out there. Most woman that succeed in their infertility journey has to take things into their own hands!! You’re a true hero.
I actually cried with you, it was so sad to hear what you went through. Such an emotional video. I’m so glad you have your beautiful son in your arms now ❤️
I am coming back to your video two months after I watched it for the first time because I just wanted to share with you that your words still resonate with me and have been one of the only things that have been able to help me cope with the uncertainty of infertility. What you said at the end about looking into your son's eyes and then everything making sense because it had to be him. It gives me chills and brings me to tears! I keep telling myself after each failed month of trying that someday I will have the same experience when I look into my baby's eyes. Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing this story and giving me hope.
Thankyou so much for sharing your story Sarah! Truly very inspirational! I am starting my IVF treatment now after over 4 years of infertility and failed treatments... I truly hope I get a happy ending like yours and we get blessed with a beautiful healthy pregnancy soon... Thankyou so much Sarah once again and all the very best!
Wow, what an amazing journey you guys have been through Sarah. You are such an amazing momma for never giving up on what you knew you were meant to do. As women, I believe we have such a good instinct and you were right to push for yourself and your baby ♥️ I’m currently 20 weeks pregnant after a miscarriage two years ago, thyroid issues, hormone issues, and so much pain but I’m so happy to be pregnant with my baby girl 💕thank you for sharing your story and I’m so happy for you and your beautiful family.
Congratulations! As a person who's been let down and gaslit by Healthcare system in US, and had to learn to take charge to get the results you want you want, I empathize so hard with you. I'm afraid not everyone is as strong and intuitive as you. I'm scared of what they have to go through when faced with such situations.
I am so happy that I live in the Czech Republic because we have here excellent doctors and clinics. If you ask, they do every test and check everything and they try to find the reason why you can't get pregnant. I had an immunity problem (my body kills sperm) and the first IVF cycle (second embryo) was succesful. We try to get pregnant only 1 year and 8 months and they help us so quickly.
When you started your story, it was sad and I was very sad about what happened to you, but in the end, it was a beautiful story. Your story means how patient and strong your faith is and that you never gave up Really well done
Congratulations to you Sarah! This is a story of hope, resilience and determination on you and that doctor's part. I am so happy to see you play with Massimo. He might be a wonder kid but you're the real hero! 💖❤️
Sarah, thank you so much for sharing your story. I felt every world and emotion. Specially about the part where you say look at Massimo and still can’t believe he’s here. I too had to struggle to have my beautiful princess and I often catch myself staring at her in disbelief and being so thankful she is in my life. So precious. Trying again for another child right now and will be doing my 1st embryo transfer in about 2 weeks. Pray for me.
Dear Sarah.. Hats Off to your courage and patience.. Fertility treatments take heavy toll on emotional health and it's not at all easy not to give up in between.. We tend to get negative thoughts about each single thing around us and about ourself.. but the way to sailed through these rocky boats is commendable!!! More power and Love to you :)

Thank you Sarah for sharing your experience! I thought I was insane to assume these doctors know everything and can't make mistakes. I questioned my iuis and they told me I was fiiiiine and not just I worry and none of them worked. Always follow your guts and never give up. Ask questions and don't assume that because they are doctors then they must be right all the time.
Thank for sharing such a personal experience with the world. It really brings hope to many people as myself going through IVF/infertility. Sarah ... I’m soooooo happy for you, we’re having hard time getting pregnant also, I already seen a lot of doctors, I want to give up, but thanks for your words, positivity from you is so wonderful. Love you

That's a lovely video...so motivating, We're married for 6 years now and we've been trying for quiet some time, our first IVF cycle was a failure so we're trying for the second time now. I have endometrium tb and I take 17 pill per day...I can so much relate myself to you. So felt like asking, if you had any symptoms during your 2 week wait. And yes not to forget standing ovation for your bravery. Thankyou
I'm delighted to hear about your success! I'm currently undergoing IVF treatment, and next week marks my second embryo transfer, as unfortunately, the first one didn't succeed. I'm feeling quite concerned, especially since my treatment is in the Netherlands, and the doctors haven't provided a clear explanation for the initial failure. I'd appreciate it if you could share any positive experiences or insights from others who have gone through the IVF journey in this country.
Unfortunately it's negative again :( Will consult with my doctors after next week about what we can do to increase the chances. I'm afraid as I'm also being treated in the Netherlands so I have to take my decision wisely, seeing she (@Sarah Angius )didn't have positive feelings about this place. So if you are being treated here then we can connect.
@aishazulekha5448 oh no. Sorry to hear that. I'm from Malaysia doing my ivf here. And unfortunately my second embryo too unsuccessful... my doctor has scheduled me for a hysteroscopy. Mg advise would be plz ask reason for first failure
I am currently undergoing IVF as well. My first child was conceived through IVF, and now we are undergoing a second IVF cycle in order to have our second baby. It is disheartening to hear that they have to regulate the number of eggs you should have. However, in the European country where I reside, there is no such regulation. The general belief is that the more eggs you have, the better. During my first IVF cycle, I had 17 eggs, but unfortunately, only 2 fertilized and matured successfully. In our second IVF cycle, 4 out of 5 eggs fertilized and matured, and some of them will be frozen for future use.
I cried a lot! Thanks for sharing your experience. I feel the same way of how frustrating it is seeking for answers why we cant get pregnant for so many years of trying. xx
Wow this bought me so much hope and makes me confident to push for questions when something feels wrong! Thank you for sharing, and congratulations on becoming a mother such a beautiful story ❤️
I found your video in search for some answers myself. I'm not sure how you found the strenght to go through this, but I'm so glad you managed to have a baby ♡
I have never cried on any RUclips video, I did on yours. I am going to start my journey now, thank you for your honest story. And Massimo is what I want to call my future son, coincidence? 😊❤
You know, Sarah, doctors are sooo arrogant, they think we don´t even know our own body, they talk to us as if we were totally clueless. I feel you 100% and am really happy for you that you were stubborn enough and went until the last. Take care XOXO
Sarah!! Wow.. i got pregnant by surprise! And I remember crying so much because I thought it was too early... but wow! We got pregnant around the same time.. but two different situations. Im just thankful that we're both loving the results and living motherhood with its ups and downs! Thank you for sharing this... just makes me a little more appreciative of the little one I gave life to 💜 الحمدلله على كل شي... الزين و الموزين🤲🏻💜
I suffer from severe endo. Had extraction surgery 15 years ago and I’m back at stage 3 endo again. I’m starting ivf soon. My endo doctor said it’s possible and it’s better to try than not try.
Ur story is inspiring to me. Always have hope. So much positivity here. My FET is due from past 3 years. Its all about our financial condition. We are unable to visit hospital. The charges are too high. 😭😭😭 hoping to see doctor and have healthy baby. Please pray for me ....please please need blessings. I am feeling low and depressed. Please pray for me to have successful pregnancy and Lord bless me with healthy baby.
You are one hell of a strong women and Massimo is definitely the luckiest of all to have chosen you as his mother. Lots of love to you ❤️ All these years, all this pain and you never gave up! 🙌🏼
Wow. What a journey. I can’t believe that hospital put you through all that without checking your bloods properly and put sub-par embryos in. So glad you found an amazing doctor/team to take you seriously.
Thank you for sharing this to us, because i am in same boat know, and after 5 years trying, just found out the problem and we starting new cycle, and hoping to get all we ever wanted.
OMG I can’t believe how much you had to go through. I am going to do IVF here in Norway and was searching for experience, they told me they don’t do PGT testing in Norway. I am worried how it’s going to be.
Hi Sarah, love from India to you firstly ❤️...in India the docs check for Thyroid, cysts, APLA and Antibodies at the beginning itself before they start IVF treatment. Me and my husband are trying for a baby for a long long time now and unfortunately our first attempt of IVF failed! It's really hard to stay positive at all the times, I mean it's really difficult but would like to say that am really happy for you and your journey did well me up.😰 May Good Lord bless you and your lovely family .. 🤗
I am so so happy for you! What a victory! Those doctors really le thou and Fredriko (sorry don’t know how to spell) down! 😢 May I ask… what antibodies did they find? I have autoimmune thyroid and newly discovered endometriosis.. so I’m worried I also have antibodies that maybe affecting me 😢
Very glad you succeeded, can't help myself here rather than accept I can't have a child since all these requires financial strength, will definitely leave this world childless coz I can't afford
We got pregnant by first time trying after 4 years of marriage and I know it’s all because of my mother in low’s prayers it was a magic a real magic am so great-full Alhamdulilah
literally crying 🥹 thank you so much for sharing your story. I have severe endometriosis, We will be having our egg harvest this coming week. praying for good eggs and soon healthy embryos. 🙏🤍🫶🏻🥚
Your story is toughing and getting successful at the end is like you never being there, may God bless you abundantly, I have similar story plz recommend where to go❤️
Very sad that the doctors didn’t bother to do complete blood check to find what is gng wrong. I can proudly say Indian doctors are amazing. My doctor during my blood tests always asked for thyroid check aswell
I had three back to back miscarriages and now I’m almost 5 months pregnant with baby boy. Don’t ever give up ladies.

@aishazulekha5448 oh no. Sorry to hear that. I'm from Malaysia doing my ivf here. And unfortunately my second embryo too unsuccessful... my doctor has scheduled me for a hysteroscopy. Mg advise would be plz ask reason for first failure
Wishing you the best!
I totally understand the feeling, I felt the same the first time I noticed I pregnant. Thank you so much for sharing your personal story. Very brave
Thank you for being so brave and honest ❤ 💖 I think we should always trust ourselves xx
Good choice. I live in Belgium Im doing my IVF in Belgium.
I can totally relate to every sentence of yours. So happy for you
I cried a lot!
Take care XOXO
love it, Sarah. Beautiful sharing. I love your courage and selfless sharing. . Love to be your friend!!!
Sarah!! Wow..
i got pregnant by surprise! And I remember crying so much because I thought it was too early... but wow! We got pregnant around the same time.. but two different situations.
Im just thankful that we're both loving the results and living motherhood with its ups and downs!
Thank you for sharing this... just makes me a little more appreciative of the little one I gave life to 💜

Sarah god bless your lovely family, you made my cry and gave me hope in everything ♥️♥️
Wow. What a journey. I can’t believe that hospital put you through all that without checking your bloods properly and put sub-par embryos in. So glad you found an amazing doctor/team to take you seriously.

OMG I can’t believe how much you had to go through. I am going to do IVF here in Norway and was searching for experience, they told me they don’t do PGT testing in Norway. I am worried how it’s going to be.
🙌 hats off to you Sarah.. such a Great warrior, believer ❤️✨I cried too after listening that pregnancy news...💯🙌✨So much love and good wishes ✨❤️
May I ask… what antibodies did they find?
I have autoimmune thyroid and newly discovered endometriosis.. so I’m worried I also have antibodies that maybe affecting me 😢
Your words💙 made me cry……..
Thank you ….
Very glad you succeeded, can't help myself here rather than accept I can't have a child since all these requires financial strength, will definitely leave this world childless coz I can't afford
Omg. I was able to produce only 2 and in the U.S. they did not want to retrieve it😢. Thank you for sharing this

Very sad that the doctors didn’t bother to do complete blood check to find what is gng wrong. I can proudly say Indian doctors are amazing. My doctor during my blood tests always asked for thyroid check aswell
