I got pregnant very easily, but listening to your story I cried very hard. I was uncertain only for two months. you had to go through so much, it's so unfair. women are the strongest beings, nothing compares to how extraordinary womens are. I keep my fingers crossed for every future mother and every woman who is going through a difficult time 💐

I have read and watched a lot of video's about IVF, you are such an inspiration to so many women. Unfortunately l suffered from endometriosis when it first came out..l was never able to get pregnant, l had a complete hysterectomy at the young age of 28 yrs old, l turned 69 yrs old Sunday. IVF was unheard of then, treatments for endometriosis were not what they are today. I am so touched and honored to hear your story...what a journey! Congratulations to you and your husband, you have to be the most wonderful and loving parents on earth. Your baby is beautiful! I mean, checking thyroid gland function is something very basic to do at the beginning of almost every medical condition cuz it affects every function in the body! Ha kórházba mész, általában az van a beutalón, hogy várj 2 hetet, majd a kórház küldi az időpontot. Ha nem keresnek 2 hét letelte után, csak akkor zaklasd őket...egyelőre nem tudok az itteni kezelésről nyilatkozni. Hallani jót is, rosszat is, mint pl Sarah esetében. Sok sikert a továbbiakban!! 🤞🤞

Seeing your video for the first time and when you said " you are preganct" I cried out of happiness. Every mother who would wants children would relate to you. I am blessed with a four years old and one on the way (38 weeks pregnant). I have not gone through what you have been but I truly could understand your pains. Watching & listening to your story, I just felt it's just about me.. It's truly painful when doctors do not do their research beyond even when you know that there is one thing that isn't satisfying, yet believing that the doctor says would be right. But the inner voice makes you uneasy, disturbed. I was adviced too to move somewhere else and get my medical done. I've been on Pills, IVs & various medical examination but still no positive result. I'm in the UK and it took 2 years for them to do a full thyroid check and find out I've got antibodies. Even then my GP didn't want to put me on medication. They've also been brushing me off about my endometriosis. I'm really happy I watched this video so that I have more questions to ask of my doctor's. I've found if you don't take the initiative they do the bare minimum

Girl! I have never related to an IVF video SO MUCH. This video resonates with me so much. I feel like you were pretty much telling my story. I have been pushing and being my own advocate every single step of the way. It’s beautiful to see how hard you worked to get to where you are now but it’s so heartbreaking that you even had to do that. So many tears, happy and sad tears. I can’t even put into words how happy I am for you. I have stage 4 endo so it’s very severe, I also have PCOS and I have under-active thyroid for which I take medication to regulate. I’m currently undergoing IVF. I have 2 top quality embryos in the freezer and I am praying so hard that one of them sticks. I pray that God blesses you and your family with all the happiness in this world for you truly deserve it!! Xx
I am also undergoing ivf treatment. Now I am on ovulation stimulation injections. Dr told me that i have a big endometrioma in my right ovary. And i have only 2-3 mature eggs in this cycle. Can you guide me if I should proceed in this cycle since you have ample experience I guess.

Been through the same situation for 4 years, I mean exacly the same and finally i got my miracle on 24 August 2019, been praying for you all the time becouse I knew how you felt. I’ve been struggling to get pregnant and I have Hashimoto’s which is a thyroid disease. After I finally got my TSH and antibodies to decrease, I finally conceived. Keto diet was the answer for me ,we both young and healthy,we literally tried everything,clomid iui ivf u name it ,after 3 years of TTC I literally stopped trying and just thinking about how to enjoy my life of course I started working out and started keto diet and bam Pregnant 🤰🏽 !! GOD is good . My daughter is 2 years old now and im so thankful for her 😘

I’m currently watching your video in a nail salon and hearing the words come out your mouth “your pregnant” makes me cry... words can’t describe the way I feel for you.
That's so strange that they didn't check the thyroid... one of the first things they should check is the thyroid hormones. I had no problem getting pregnant, my problem was miscarriage. I have hypothyroidism and I had miscarriage twice before I checked with a doctor. My doctor directly asked for T4 and TSH and he discovered that I have this problem. I took the medicine and my 3rd pregnancy stayed and I have now an 18 months beautiful boy.. I am glad that you never gave up ..

Mine ignored the fact we knew for 17 years I had bilateral hydrosalpinx and said I didn’t need to correct it to do IVF. After two failed retrievals I opted to get my tubes removed before the third attempt. They said it wasn’t necessary but after I did it we harvested 24 follicles this morning. Not only is it emotional and financially draining it’s time consuming and after 17 years people like me are short on time and other resources. Hoping for the best here forward. Takeaway is: always advocate for yourself! To them it’s just another Tuesday and they get fatigued too.

Seeing your video for the first time and when you said " you are preganct" I cried out of happiness. Every mother who would wants children would relate to you. I am blessed with a four years old and one on the way (38 weeks pregnant). I have not gone through what you have been but I truly could understand your pains. I am so happy that you are blessed with a beautiful baby boy and I am glad you did not give up.

Thank you for all your comforting words. Still on the TTC journey with completely normal reports as you said but yes deep down it breaks you emotionally and mentally every single day, each hour when you are on a constant search of what could possibly be done?

Watching & listening to your story, I just felt it's just about me.. It's truly painful when doctors do not do their research beyond even when you know that there is one thing that isn't satisfying, yet believing that the doctor says would be right. But the inner voice makes you uneasy, disturbed. I was adviced too to move somewhere else and get my medical done. I've been on Pills, IVs & various medical examination but still no positive result. Last but not the least option is iVF.
Not losing hope, I'm strong and listen to your journey gives me courage to get over this. Thank you💗 much love

In the UK thyroid would be one of the first things the doctors would check....happy for a happy ending of your story Sarah
Same for me, first thing my doctor noticed in my first blood work-up.
I also live in The Netherlands and in my hospital it was also one of the first things they checked. So it is different per hospital (unfortunately 😞)
I'm in the UK and it took 2 years for them to do a full thyroid check and find out I've got antibodies. Even then my GP didn't want to put me on medication. They've also been brushing me off about my endometriosis. I'm really happy I watched this video so that I have more questions to ask of my doctor's. I've found if you don't take the initiative they do the bare minimum
I still remember seeing your post, when the rest of us found out you were pregnant, I felt so happy for you. I remember thinking "YAS finally she's pregnant!!", honestly I could have cried because we know how much you had struggled.

I am deeply worried at this point we just did an ivf embryo transfer .my wife started bleeding on the day 5 . we are supposed to go for the Pt test in 14 days time . please can someone advise us we are so depressed .

I had trouble getting pregnant as well but my journey is nothing compared to yours, but coincidentally our boys were born just days apart. Our road to become a mother was not clearly paved like some, but it was full of growth and gratitude. I am so happy you got to hear those words, you are pregnant. Girl! I have never related to an IVF video SO MUCH. This video resonates with me so much. I feel like you were pretty much telling my story. I have been pushing and being my own advocate every single step of the way. It’s beautiful to see how hard you worked to get to where you are now but it’s so heartbreaking that you even had to do that. So many tears, happy and sad tears.
I can’t even put into words how happy I am for you.
I have stage 4 endo so it’s very severe, I also have PCOS and I have under-active thyroid for which I take medication to regulate. I’m currently undergoing IVF. I have 2 top quality embryos in the freezer and I am praying so hard that one of them sticks.

I am also undergoing ivf treatment. Now I am on ovulation stimulation injections. Dr told me that i have a big endometrioma in my right ovary. And i have only 2-3 mature eggs in this cycle. Can you guide me if I should proceed in this cycle since you have ample experience I guess.

Been through the same situation for 4 years, I mean exacly the same and finally i got my miracle on 24 August 2019, been praying for you all the time becouse I knew how you felt. I’ve been struggling to get pregnant and I have Hashimoto’s which is a thyroid disease. After I finally got my TSH and antibodies to decrease, I finally conceived. Most doctors in the US check thyroid for fertility, I’m so surprised they don’t check it in Netherlands. Your son is so beautiful, god bless!

I remember that as well!! I did not at that point what Sarah was going though, however was so much disappointed that someone can write such comment- you never know - you can hurt someone so deeply! i was offended by that comment so much, my journey was shorter, however took it very personal!

Sarah, thank you so much for sharing your story. I felt every world and emotion. Specially about the part where you say look at Massimo and still can’t believe he’s here. I too had to struggle to have my beautiful princess and I often catch myself staring at her in disbelief and being so thankful she is in my life. So precious. Trying again for another child right now and will be doing my 1st embryo transfer in about 2 weeks. Pray for me.

Keto diet was the answer for me ,we both young and healthy,we literally tried everything,clomid iui ivf u name it ,after 3 years of TTC I literally stopped trying and just thinking about how to enjoy my life of course I started working out and started keto diet and bam Pregnant 🤰🏽 !! GOD is good .
My daughter is 2 years old now and im so thankful for her 😘
Please do not ever give this advice again. Keto is not exactly healthy and you are not a doctor nor a dietitian.
@@a.a.9745 im not a dr ur absolutely right ! However i spoke from my own experience and yet I know a lot of women got pregnant immediately when they started the keto diet ,plz do ur research before attacking people , keto diet it may not work for you but it doesn’t mean that its bad diet .

That's so strange that they didn't check the thyroid... one of the first things they should check is the thyroid hormones. I had no problem getting pregnant, my problem was miscarriage. I have hypothyroidism and I had miscarriage twice before I checked with a doctor. My doctor directly asked for T4 and TSH and he discovered that I have this problem. I took the medicine and my 3rd pregnancy stayed and I have now an 18 months beautiful boy.. I am glad that you never gave up ..

It’s so frustrated to hear your story. I literally hate the “doctors” in the Netherlands. Because they do and know exactly NOTHING. They expect you to play as a doctor, or you must almost die before they took some action! Soo frustrated!! and your story is such a good example of it! So amazing that you advocated for yourself and you didn’t give up. It’s so common in the infertility world just to be shrugged off. So so brave and such a warrior ♥️ beautiful beautiful story.
Mine ignored the fact we knew for 17 years I had bilateral hydrosalpinx and said I didn’t need to correct it to do IVF. After two failed retrievals I opted to get my tubes removed before the third attempt. They said it wasn’t necessary but after I did it we harvested 24 follicles this morning. Not only is it emotional and financially draining it’s time consuming and after 17 years people like me are short on time and other resources. Hoping for the best here forward. Takeaway is: always advocate for yourself! To them it’s just another Tuesday and they get fatigued too.
