  • In this video, I share my experience with Griots Garage 3 in 1 Wheel - Tire - Mat Cleaner. 3-in-1 Wheel-Tire-Mat Cleaner is a uniquely formulated, powerful cleaning gel designed to remove brake dust and road grime leaving surfaces pristinely clean. This non-acidic formula quickly attacks brake dust, contaminants, tire blooming, and spent tire dressing, then rinses residue-free. Effective on clear-coated, powder-coated, and chrome wheels. The high viscosity gel formula foams up and clings to the surface for added lubricity and cleaning power. Save time and effort on your tough wheel, tire, and rubber floor mat cleaning jobs with this super effective formula.

I love the idea of all in one products....but rarely do they live up to my expectations. Your thoughts?

Just used P&S Xpress Interior Cleaner & scrub brush on a set of Weathertechs last weekend, came out looking like new! My kids put a hurt on them with a lot of baseball field dirt.

I agree finding one product for wheels and tires seems to be a unicorn of the detailing world. I use Black Magic Bleche-Wite for the tires and mats and Meg's wheel and tire cleaner just on the wheels and am pleased with the results

Any new, factory coated wheel that is slightly soiled can be cleaned with car soap and agitation. Then I guess I would use Adams tire & rubber on the tires and floor mats. Then I'm done. There is no need for another all in one failure. Thanks Brian!

    Definitely sticking with brake buster.
Brake buster works even better, is much cheaper, and has corrosion inhibitors which is good for the rotors.

For the floor mats and carpeted wheel liners I use Super Clean. Adams wheel and tire for the wheels/ tires. To rejuvenate the mats I Mist some meggashie on the mats. Brush in then, wipe off a few minutes later, the mats look new again without being too slick. Great video as always Brian.

I have only used it on my Weathertech mats but was satisfied with the results. Like you I use a drill brush but find those grooves in the mat require a hand tire brush to clean up those deep edges. This is true on using many other brands so not a fault of the GG product. Thanks for doing all three uses!

I would think that the amount of effort/work you put into cleaning those items they would have been cleaner. Absolutely no fun or efficient doing it a 2nd or 3rd time to get clean results. For that matter, it's not cost effective either. For me, I'd pay more for a product that's gets me where I want to be on 1st try. These videos are priceless, Brian. Keep them coming!

Cleaning wheels is my favorite part of the wash. There are so many wheel cleaners and tire cleaners, sometimes I like to have dedicated ones. Those Bridgestone Duelers are on my moms car, for some reason I can’t get them clean without putting in a lot of work, and they don’t accept tire dressing well

For us, we’ve found that usually all in one cleaners like that fall short somewhere, like adams wheel and tire, it’s way better on tires than wheels, and that came straight for Adams mouth personally to a group of us in 2020, but for us, nanoskin non acid wheel & tire 1:1 for tires, is perfect, and for general cleaning of wheels, but we’ve found that tacsystem iron zero is the best wheel cleaner out there period. As for Weathertech type mats, def mckees 37 rubber mat rejuv is the way to go … We’d much rather buy and use products that are on the expensive side of the spectrum and have them work like they should then to get something like this, and not only have to do it 2-3-4-5x’s but you’re using that much more product and costing yourself effectiveness and speed and killing labor profits - so we’ll pass on this product, but awesome video as always Brian!

I struggle to find good cleaners from Griots. Some of their staple wash soaps are good. Shine Supply wheel & tire from Wise Guy or Adams wheel and tire if you need a sledge hammer combo.

I have to pass on this product personally. It did a good job on wheels but for rubber it left something to be desired. To this products defense those were two tough examples. The tires would take three to four rounds of professional products. For weather tech floor mats McKees floor rejuvenator was made specially for weather tech floor mats in my opinion. McKees has some really good specialty products! Thank you for the video!

Weather Tech liners are a nightmare to keep a dark color. I was disappointed with McKees and Weather Tech offerings for a dressing. The best i have found is in the newer line of off road products from P&S . Its called Full Send , nice rich color and not slippery. I wish there was a better product, and that i had bought rubber mats instead of WT. Anybody here find anything that lasts more than a couple days and is not dangerously slick? Thanks in advance.

Super clean on floor mats and tires is the way to go. At least from an effectiveness and economical standpoint. Bleache white is money too, works great on tires or any rubber. I'll stick with my nanoskin non acid. Still 18/gallon on Amazon, best bang for your buck for wheels and tires and dilutes 4:1 so lasts a long time. The retail products of the world like this one are for people who simply don't know any better. Waste of money imo.

Call me crazy but whats the point of paying for these kind of products when its not a spray and rinse type of solution? You can't really see if the product is doing anything because it requires such a thorough agitation with brushes. In my mind I feel like it doesn't do anything really, the majority of the work came from what the detailer would do after spraying the product not what the product can do by itself.
