@@4seeableTV If the entire community property is sold to big corporate, it will. They'll jack the monthly to where it screws the home owner either way they turn.
This house is better looking than the other houses u show. If I was planning on moving l would pack my clothes and cat and live there. But the weather there is to hot and l like to see the weather changed.
You could get a house for this amount, and not have site fees to worry about. Also a house would be easier to sell and increase in value. I can't understand why mobile homes are so expensive.
The bad thing about mobiles is they depreciate in value not appreciate in value like a stick home. That's why you can't get a reverse mortgage on them.
MIL bought hers for 13,000 in 2013, sold it last year for 45,000. The prices are going up as are the lot fees. People can not even find decent rentals they are snapped up right away.
A lot of the properties in this community install Roll-a-Shields around the perimeter of the carport that can completely enclose and make it like a garage. The nice thing about these rolls down panels is that they can also be retracted up so as to not impede natural light.
New to this whole manufactured 55+ thing. Does anyone know if there are communities that offer more 1 bedroom/1 bathroom options (for sale). I see a lot more 2+ bedroom ones in certain communities. Looking to stay in the East Valley -so Mesa area or even San Tan Valley. Thx. helping my mom search
NICE HOUSE BUT WAY OVERPRICED AT $190,000 OVER BY $ 30,000 EASILY PLUS PLUS $ 6,900 A YEAR LOT FEE THEY ARE CRAZY. PAYING $190,000 FOR 1,284 SQ FT PLUS $7,000 A YEAR AND YOU DON’T OWN ANY PROPERTY 😂😂😂😂😂😂 PLUS UTILITIES ON TOP . THIS HOUSE SHOULD BE AT MOST $162,000 WITH LOT FEE OF $5,600 WHICH WOULD BE $470 PER MONTH .
$210k plus what amounts to $844.56/Month site fee? Ouch.
The retirees that move there can afford it. Heck, there is a mobile home park in Huntington Beach, California that has space rent of $3000.
the agents never tell you about the space fee payable monthly the space fee is over double the mortgage hoa and insurance. insane
Lennar is starting to build tiny homes that include the land.
Beautiful place...but $210k???
In a few years it'll be worth 1/3 of their asking price.
Wrong

Beautiful, but that price is INSANE!
yeah at this price just save up a bit more and get a 1 bedroom condo for 210K in 55+
@@KS-op5hb How is a condo any better? The HOA fees would be even higher. And your neighbors are right behind the walls.
Very,very nice home:)
really love this home. Lots of nice touches, good sized shed for work and storage

WOW!!! that sure is a tight fit for opening the dryer door 2:44 😳
Yes, they should've switched the washer and dryer positions.
Someone bought a beauty! Wowwwwww 👍🙆
What would the house selling quotation be without household items?
Seem's to me you showed this home not that long ago ? Am I correct. Jest wish driveway was longer for two vehicles which I have.

Lifestyle has a lot to do with it

They definitely have not be depreciating over the last 2 years.

It's been three weeks I can't wait till the next listing.
Thanks Thomas. I’ve been recovering from shingles but getting better!
Very nice home I am curious about something if someone wanted to come down and try a resort do you all have any rentals?
$210k lolz
It sold, so...
First!!!! Watching now!!!
I really like the home but how are the neighbors? Fee for parking is high.
Kindly recommend to me non-age restrictive park in Arizona that contains manufactured homes. A park preferably for young and newly individuals.
Beautiful but out of my budget. I am not s golfer and I am sure the gorgeous courses attached factor into the price.
Why don't they have a garage? Las Vegas places have them!!!

Wow! 👍
NICE PLACE.
What are the HOV fee’s?
