I grew up in the 1970s, and I really dig this swanky pad! I wouldn't change a thing about this home. It would be like living in my own private time capsule. Especially if I was able to deck it out with authentic 70's furnishings and decor! lol
The older stove will likely outlast any of the poor quality newer stoves of recent years. It doesn't bother me that the color of the kitchen appliances don't match. I wouldn't change either of the bathrooms; that yellow tub surround is hard to find nowadays, and the yellow is very kitchy! Big pluses: Pet friendly, community pool and washer and dryer already in place. I love the transition from the living room to the kitchen, and the bedrooms are not right next to each other - one in front and one in back.
LOVE THE BEDROOM ARRANGEMENTS, THE STORAGE, AND THE SPACE BETWEEN HOMES IN THIS HOME. Remove carpet in living room with vinyl. SOMEONE WILL GET A GOOD HOME WITH THIS ONE. I WOULD PAINT THE WALLS,BUY GREEN INDOOR PLANTS. ALSO WOULD BUY A PATIO SET FOR OUTDOORS AND SOME FLOWERING PLANTS & BUSHES AROUND THE PATIO AREA. I WOULD KEEP PLENTY CASH FOR WHEN A NEW AIR CONDITIONER IS REQUIRED.
The washer doors would be easy to fix just trim a little off the bottom of the doors. 1977 it makes me think of all the people who went through there. If walls could talk. Very good walk through we all appreciate your work.
Wow, wow, wow, what a blast from the past! The size and bones on this thing are stellar. Put about $10K in cosmetic, do-it-yourself (maybe excluding replacing the oven/stove) and you got a keeper in this one for sure! But I see a LOT of painting, lol.
Good afternoon, Kara. I'm so glad to see you are busy again. Keep the homes coming. We are out here looking. Give us a wave next time you pass a mirror.😂❤❤
I love this home. The park sounds good. Would like something very similar to this when I get ready to buy . With dogs and fenced area for them. What is income requirement? Love this
I am from Cakifornia and if I were to move to Arizona I would buy this unit in a heartbeat. Plenty of bang for the buck. Keep up the good work 10 1 2024
Needs a total remodel inside - especially that bathroom 😮 You also listed currently the rent includes amenities…. That usually means it will be going up …..
I was born in 1948 so I remember this style. I didn't like it back then, and I don't care for it now! The price is good, and the space rent is also much better than it is in California. It's just not a place that would feel like home to me. And the stark appearance of the park in general is too sterile for me. Also, it looks really, really hot there!
Id live there, illinois is boring. Thats HUGE for 500 a month... here even ghett0 950sqft 1 bed apartments are 1100. 1400 for a nicer suburb one. Houses rent for like 4k a month for a normal family home.

@@dooglebee I agree. Looks like home to me
I agree but if we put our music on like we used too it may not go well ( or maybe it would lol)
Extremely well maintained! I like it! ❤
This home in really great condition for its age.

I grew up in a mobile home just like this one❤❤❤ nostalgic
It does scream 70's but it also looks very well taken care of from the video.
Nice spacing between neighbors
1977 is when they put quality into making trailers.
I love this home.

Oh I love this place very much
Really love it...wonderful.
Great to hear from you again Kara God bless. Mark in Kansas 😊
That house is immaculate for being 50 years old.

nice property. Nice size lot. Only thing I'd change is to paint, brighten up the place. That vintage look is really cool! I like it a lot!👍👍👌

$35,000??? What!? Furnished?? What??? $510 month??? Omg!! Ooorah!!
That harvest gold gas range will outlast the home. Nice vintage mobile home but way too much dark paneling for my taste.
Yeah I would own it nice place and great job on the video 👍

😂 Nice Clark. She is a beaut.
You should paint the water stains from the leaky roof
Love that. Is it still available
Yes!

Wonder if all the formaldehyde has aired out after this long.
What are the winters like?
wait....I notice that the little closet between the front bedroom and the living room, right in the corner, you can see sunlight. It has a hole in it.
I saw that too I think it goes from the bedroom they might have had a ran a cord through there with a light for in the little closet, just thinking
Is this home all electric or gas needs to be completely updated on the inside along with all new luxury vynal flooring but be worth- it
That's called air conditioning .

Why waste your time in CALIFORNIA if it's so bad. SoCal native we won't miss you. 😊
That vintage stove is probably better made and will last longer than many new appliances.
Looks great, but across from the dog park. Smelly?
Middle east ideas! You never know where the good ideas can come from! 🤔

What a lovingly cared for home . . I would keep it in that vintage condition with a few cosmetic changes . .
AZ has this mobile home been sold?
Price please

How can a California couple get this.? 3:47
Needs a touch of cosmetic work but is way doable
👌👍🙂❤️

Nice place, but not in Texas.
Yikes! Hideous appliances! And overkill with the paneling. A little is okay but not Everywhere. And where is the driveway?
It should be illegal to charge such an enormous amount of money for a crappy lot rent.
