You get caught in a contract with a park owner who raises the lot rent to where you can't afford to pay it but you can't move out because you have to find a buyer for your mobile who is "approved" by the park owner. Not only that, but the park owner may have raised the lot rent to the point where it's difficult or impossible to find a buyer. Then you may find yourself evicted from your own mobile home and you still are obligated to pay the lot rent!!!
I have seen also where the park owners of older lots wouldn't keep up the park or would sell the lot to developers . Many of the residents either could not afford to have their home moved, could not find another park or the home was too old to move. This home is lovely but you are in the hands of others.
I like the way the lady is tech savvy with her iphone. My grandma couldn't have figured it out in a month of Sundays. It's a very nice place and all the high priced items they have already taken care of. This is the first place I have seen in months that is very well kept. Thank you for the walk through. 😊
