i'm currently rewatching the show and as per usual, when rewatching i see much more details than the 1st time. all i can say is: apparently daphne is the only one with functioning eyes, she noticed right away what was going on. even before anthony and kate lmao.

Their chemistry is fire. They were the only good thing about Bridgerton Season 2. I am upset we were robbed coz of less scenes of them
maybe there was less scenes of them but the ones we had were so powerful. I think they are waaaaay better than simon and daphne
@@madapigi1 I left Bridgeton season 1 after watchin 3 episodes coz I was not feeling anything for Daphne & Simon but Kate & Anthony in season 2 were different story. I was invested from the 1st scene. Their chemistry was mind boggling & that's why I wanted more of them thn Featherington & Penelope. I didn't care about all these subplots. I wanted them to focus more on Kate & Anthony. I read Bridgeton series in 2008 & Viscount who loved me was my fav & there were so many good scenes b/w Kate & Anthony that they could have included instead of Penelope & her family. But I agree all scenes of Kanthony was powerful. For me Kanthony & Season 2 > Daphne & Simon & Season 1

Even though Kate told her the Viscount would never give her love , that he only wanted a trophy wife she still persisted because she had blinkers on.. it pissed me off that she was so enraged at Kate even though Kate warned her all along
Exactly! The man told her himself at the soiree. In his speech he said he couldn't give passion but was the right man for duty. Edwina was too starry eyed to be Viscountess and wanted to live at Aubrey Hall.

However, she at least liked him & found him attractive so she could work w/it & accept Anthony. I think most women didn’t at least find their husbands attractive during those times which probably made arranged marriages even more unbearable.
