    Is it the core or the hips that help to keep the body away from the pole? I usually start Cupid w the hands still on and cant seem to let go off the hands ):

      Thanks for watching Dorothy! The hips need to be stable first, but then yes it's mostly the core musculature which helps you keep your torso lifted in the air without the support of the pole. 💪
