Pole dancing artist Greta Pontarelli inspires us with her strength, artistry and can-do attitude in the unlikely art of pole dancing, which is dominated by younger women. “We all get challenged by new things or intimidated by them, thinking, 'Oh, I couldn’t do that.' … The biggest fear that I have is not doing something that was meaningful when I’m old,” she says. Watch her journey to winning three world championships as a competitive pole dancer.

I just turned 48 and my kids are 29 and 2 years old also have a 9 year old grandson, I told my hubby I'm getting a pole to get back in shape he thinks I'm too old I don't look my age at least 10 years younger and I explained to him way before I met him that I had a background in dance and gymnastics but haven't done it in years always had a passion for it and nows thre time to get back in shape and I feel dance is the only real motivation for me and this video inspires me even more so thank you for posting it
Never too old to follow your passion! I started doing pole in 2019 and my only regret is not starting sooner. Good luck to you!

You don't need to explain yourself to anyone and you'll always get people that criticize. I became a professional belly dancer in my 30's and started my pole journey in my 40's. Life is short. Find your passion.
This amazing lady is such an inspiration! I’m 39 now and tried my first pole dancing class yesterday because of her. Winning 3 titles in her first year at her age is such an amazing accomplishment. I have no excuse not to be in top shape.

I wonder if she was trained in dance..that helps a lot. Shes so elegant just beautiful. Im a 40 year old pole dancer since age 20. I stoped for 8 years and have just began dancing again 😊

Being 55, I like the fact the the pole is acceptable to hold for stability, add art, music. This is my next feat in exercise and artistic expression. 😊
