Broken Anycubic Photon S - Replacing a Defective Screen

I purchased my Photon S May 22nd of 2019, and my LCD screen which is not even a year old yet is broken. I have to say I'm very disappointed with the longevity of this part. Despite making hundreds of prints I expected more than a year from it. Now that said graciously a rep from Anycubic sent me a replacement screen for free so this week we'll be changing that out and hopefully getting the printer back up and running.
