The extra bezel is on the left is a Helium Escape Valve. Ofcorse would be used to release helium after a deep dive.

When you live under the water in chamber the watch get full of helium and if you get out the chamber the helium can damage the movment because the pressure difference

The other “crown” is a helium release valve. The Rolex Sea Dweller and Deep Sea also have this, but as an internal piece.
