    hey guys this is a full follow-along video to fix uneven cheeks. Do this routine 2-3times a day. If you feel some muscles are especially tight. Focus on that side and do it a few times more on that side. Keep in mind to maintain overall good posture!

    You should only move to the extent you feel comfortable and be slow and soft.
    If any pain or discomfort is felt then you have two options : 1. Decrease the intensity to the point you feel refreshed. 2. Rest for a few days and you may start again.

      Same dear😭💔 but now a days i worry less, knowing that there are lot like us is a bit relief you know... What makes me worry is i have never seen someone like me with an uneven cheek

      Same🤧I just can't take pictures without my face looking weird 🤧, and when my family takes pictures of me, they look like my face is ugly. I mean I'm not that ugly, but the cameras make it look like I'm not normal.

    I often sleep on one side. And that's why I have ugly cheeks. I have been doing the exercises for three weeks and my cheeks are even and symmetrical! The author of the channel became my idol.

      @@danishzeb5001 Hi! My cheeks are the same. I just do all the exercises from the playlist in the morning and in the evening (total approx. 30 min). And my face straightened out evenly. Even in general, the contour of the face became better.

      @@hk-nm8oxeverything is fine. do exercises on both sides of your face. Exercise is great for the whole face. it's like train with two dumbbells, not just one.

      I sleep on my right side and therefore my right cheek is way puffier and bigger than my left cheek ! Thanks for your comment it helped me a lot :) I hope I get the desired results

    Hey guys I am going to show my progress in days, stay tuned! I also did these exercises twice a day along with the fixing asymmetrical face video which I also did twice. I am just following his exact steps in the video, Stay tuned!!
    Day 1: I see some difference on the first day my jaw look a bit more even, same for my cheeks
    Day 2: Not much difference
    Day 3: My jaws are starting to even out more, but not much difference for my cheeks yet
    Day 4: I am starting to see that my cheeks are evening out, same for the jawline
    Day 5: sorry i missed day 5, will restart for day 6!
    Day 6: my jaws and cheeks are both evening out and I can see the change in my face from before, but I will continue the exercises because I don’t think my face has fully evened out.
    Day 7: i don’t see much difference from the last day but will continue for a month. If i don’t see any difference or changes in the next 7 days i will switch up exercise to only fixing uneven cheeks video where i will do twice in the morning and twice at night. My cheeks are the areas that need the most evening out but since i saw some good results whilst balancing the fixing uneven face and fixing uneven cheeks videos, i will continue the same trend for more results.
    Day 8: not much change in face
    Day 9: sorry i missed day 9 was a bit busy
    Day 10: still not much change. I have decided to switch up workouts to this exercise twice a day with the ultimate all in one facial fix which i will also do twice a day. I will do for 1 week, if i see no difference i will go back to the exercises i started with(this exercise and the fixing uneven face exercise). Will start new routine for Day 11
    Day 11: I see a little little bit difference but still not satisfied
    Day 12: I have noticed that exercises will come into effect slowly but eventually, you will see some minor changes for the first two weeks and I think that the full effect of the exercise or change in your face will come about in 1-2 months. I am going to continue these workout till the 30 of august and be back with my progress that same time. Hope my updates helped y’all, peace
    Okay so I am back with my results. I am happy to say that my face has fully evened out in my opinion and really thank this man for helping me. Reminder I did the exercise 4 times a day. I would recommend doing the all in one facial fix because it fixes part of your face you didn’t even know needed fixing.
    Results:
    My uneven jaw was fixed, one side was crooked while the other side was good.
    My uneven cheeks was also fixed, one side was wider than the other side.
    In my opinion my side profile looks a bit better than before.
    I think other parts of my face were fixed but I don’t see change because I never noticed there was a problem with them.
    Tips, Advice, Suggestions:
    1. Your front camera of your phone or iPad may lie to you and make your face look a bit uneven out so ask a companion if your face looks even out because what they see in their eyes are what everybody else sees.
    2. Whatever facial exercise you doing will take time, don’t give up if you don’t see results as quick people may say the results will come. Good things come to the person who wait.
    3. If you have an uneven jaw I would suggest sleeping on your back, exercising and drink a lot of water may also help.
    4. Mewing also works great for evening out the face and defining the jawline. Mewing does not get your face wider it may actually get your face thinner and more define. Chewing gum is what that may cause your face to get wider. You can do those exercises aswell as mew to even out your face. You must mew frequently and do it the right way to get the results. Mewing may take time to show results but it is truly effective. I have been mewing for around 2 months and i have great results. I will continue for better results.

      1st day - saw some differences
      2nd day - not much difference

      do it for AT LEAST one month along with body asymmetry/balancing stretches! Facial asymmetry also has a lot to do with body asymmetry. And eat healthily, drink a lot of water and exercise.

    I've been doing these exercises for about 3 weeks and have noticed some considerable improvement in the symmetry of my face. My right cheek was noticeably puffy and swollen looking compared to my left, but I'm very relieved and happy to say that my cheeks now look pretty similar, and I'm overall a lot happier with how my face looks.
    The first few times I did this routine, I felt a lot of tension relieved from my face, and I still feel some tense areas when I do these exercises, but the intensity has reduced. I say that to emphasize the value of doing the exercises consistently and with concentration on areas that are especially in need of attention.
    I'm doing these cheek exercises 2-3 times a day, and the 5-minute all-in-one face fix 1-2 times a day.
    So my deepest thanks to the creator of this video, and best of luck to all who decide to try these exercises!

      The most drastic changes occurred in the first couple of weeks of practice.
      However, I'm continuing to practice the exercises because they feel great and help me maintain a more relaxed expression throughout the day. I also find that my face is more animated when I'm talking with people.@@Ibrahim-fh6kv

    I’ve been doing those steadily 2 times a day for 6 months!! Yea 6 months but I PROMISE they work. My face honestly looked like I got hit by a truck. And now it’s pretty much perfect. Guess I see y’all givin up after a week. It’s like the gym. Your not going to get big in a week. It takes time. Please don’t give up. I forgot to mention I have also been doing the nose eyes and jaw ones as well as the full face one. If you want to fix it you need to put in the time

      You did this once a day right? Also do you sleep on one side of your face I’ve heard from some people it makes it more flat but then from other people it makes it more puffy did you change any way you slept?

      @@IllegalImmigrant I did this twice a day. And I’ve always been a side sleeper and I never changed. I try to sleep on my back but it’s hard to get comfortable.

    For everybody asking about if they should do more exercises on sides where they are larger, he explained in one of the video that if one side feels tight or painful, you should repeat the exercise 1-2 times more. Its on the nose asymmetry video, Idk if it applies on all facial features but it sure is better than all the people left hanging and partially myself as well as I spent half an hour looking for a kind-hearted reply. Which nobody ever did

      You can do both sides the same also, the side with more fat you will see more progress because you feel the stretch I am also lopsided not to much but seen VERY big changes, try this with all in one face fix twice a day each. I do them both the same to make sure I don’t over work any side and not take any risks.

    i feel so despressed because my face look so different in photo and mirror. My jaw on the right side bigger than left side And also idk if this because of my jaw but my nostril on the right bigger than left . Make me always questioning my self . Who am i? Why i'm so weird :(. i was thinking about plastic surgery but i know i can't do that. now i'll do excercise everyday. Thank you so much T.T

    This is the reason why I always hate taking pictures using back cammmm! Everytime my friends told me that they'll take me a pic I always said no cause I know that I don't look good because of my asymmetrical face.But a great thank you to this. I'm looking forward of the results:))

    I never understood why my left side of my face looks amazing in pictures and then the right side of my face is literally completely different. Cheek isn’t as full, my lip droops a bit, my eye droops down a bit, it feels awkward. I just want them to be the same, so here I am 🤩

      @it's Chrissy oh ok, we actually have the same case. As I have observed whenever I look at the mirror longer than i usually do, I can notice that I slightly incline my head to the right, making my right ear and eyebrow a tad lower than my left. And it's just recently that I realized that I'd been doing that, so I'm now practicing proper posture along with these exercises that really delivers. I can spot that it's not about my bone structure, it's about having and maintaining a good posture. Perhaps you can do the same and try to face a mirror and see if you'd been inclining your head towards your right?

      @it's Chrissy also, I do wear a shoulder brace as adviced by a doctor 'cause my right shoulder is a little lower than my left because of my very bad posture. It helps, maybe you can also consider checking if there's something 'bout your shoulders that is needed to be addressed? 'Cause as he told me, it's very much connected with the tilting of my face on one particular side. So, yeah. Maybe you can take a look at it, too.

    I have been doing these exercises for 1 month. I can say that I have noticed improvements, but nothing magical or miraculous like the other comments try to give that idea. I still have some asymmetry. But what I've realized is that if you start to get your brain used to seeing what the shape of your face really is, when you see your face in the mirror you're going to feel ugly and asymmetrical. We are used to seeing our face inverted in the mirror, but the truth is that it is practically the same, you just need to get used to it and temporary acceptance. The truth is that there are many solutions and nothing is finished. Continue doing these exercises as well as start chewing equally on both sides. After all, you are most likely experiencing a case of muscle imbalance on each side of your face. With time and patience it will improve, do not expect drastic or major changes for at least 6 months or even a year, remember that they are still muscles like any other. You can't fix in a month what you've been damaging for years. In this case, your bad facial habits.

    it took about 20 days now i have symmetric smile, my right side used to go downwards, was 10 times worst than the girl in the video, tips is I also follow the 3 days Uneven face transformation with this one together, very effective! Thank you so much!

    I've been doing this exercise and on day 2 I see a tiny improvement. I've also been doing the Jaw, Lips, nose exercises and my face looks alot better I do recommend this but be careful because I have seen comments of people doing it incorrectly and getting negative affects wish you all the best 👍

    this is my fourth day of completing these exercises. i don’t see any big results in my asymmetrical face. i hope that i can continue these in the next 12 days. wish me luck and wait for updates if you want to. i’ve been sleeping on my dominant side from the early childhood… so on my every picture my face is fat in one side and it made me so sad for all the time. this is my biggest complex in my life and i finally find out about this guy and started doing these exercises. i really hope that i can see big results after months.

      Actually it's important to find the reason for it ...if uve been chewing gum one sided for long time then also this happens or if u have the habit of chewing one side then also it happens. Along with doing the exercises regularly, make sure that u leave any habit that is causing u this.

      @KARUNA BISEN Hi! I have the same issue. I’ve seen improvements since I started doing his videos. Right side still slightly bigger but so much better than before! Big difference especially in pictures. My confidence went up! I do this video and his other video labeled Fix Tone all in one facial.       I'm being honest with you guys. If I would see any changes I would've share. I still do these exercises but I can't see any results. But I think it has more to with how I was born. I asked my siblings and they told me that I look like usual. Like they don't see the problems that I see. But I stay to my point. Doing these exercises makes you feel better cause everything is with hope involved and I believe doing them consistently will do some changes over time. Right now I don't see them but that doesn't mean that it will never happen. Just like when you hit the gym and you're upset that you don't see results, trust the process. I will not inform you day by day but I will inform you when I see a difference for sure. I also started to accept that my right side is f***ed. Like f**k it you get what I'm saying. I personally compensate my issues with hitting the gym and I'm doing fine. So can you guys. I'm not promoting anything but if you wanna see how I look I can comment you my Ig just for those who are interested how I look. Just let me know. Wish you luck guys!

      No, after a while of being consistent and seeing major changes you see that it begins to look the same as before skinnier and more toned but getting more unevened. Just do it closest you can to equally and then they both become toned and look the same. Remember be consistent after your happy with how symmetrical it is do it once a day or you lose the gains face muscles are like arm and any other muscle type stop training you lose the gains. You should do this with all round face exercise because you can fix some assymitries you haven’t noticed yet. And it helps with this do this both twice a day and do other assymitries you feel like you have for etc nose. This is for anyone reading reply with questions I have basically completed my glowup 14 year old boy and one of the most ‘attractive’ in my school and area even though I have some of the worst genes. I know models do face exercises because they are so good comment about things about glowup I will be down to help in my free time.

    I am going to show my progress, one side of my cheek is wider and bigger, one side of the jaw is lower, i want to fix it, i don't think that this exercises will help me but i will try. I will do it for one month, and every week i will update this comment and tell you if something has changed. Stay tuned!
    Week 1 - Not a big difference.

    Just discovered your videos and they are so wonderful! Very thankful for you putting these out there. The other day I realized how asymmetrical my face really is. I even measured with a tape and sometimes there are differences of up to 1 full cm between left and right, mostly in the cheeks but also in my jaw and chin. Will try doing these exercises for some time and hopefully can see some progress. Thank you!

    Update:I did it for 4 days twice a day and yes it WORKS!!!! I did his eye exercise as well so my eyebrows are nearly on same level ..and my face has become less asymmetrical ..I tried inverted filter on tiktok and my face didn't seem so asymmetric compared to few days ago..Iam so happy ..I had completely lost my hope cuz nothing was working out for me...Thankyou so muchh!! Ill continue the exercise and then update again❤❤❤
    Okay iam back after a week and i must say my face has improved a lot!!but I didnt do the 3rd set bacuse it was mak im ng my smile lines prominent!or else this works pretty good..i tried inverted filter and it was not so bad as it used to be so i ran here to comment🤗

    I looked at my best when I was 16 years old . Barely any unevenness in my face at the time. It was pretty much perfect. I always get impressed every time I pull up photos of myself from when I was 16. Nowadays it looks worse

    My cheek on the left side is much larger than the one on the right, disproportionately, due to chewing and sleeping only on the left side, I'm trying to resolve this, I've been doing this for 3 days, I intend to update every day I do it. I'm doing it in the morning and at night, I'm also alternating chewing and trying to sleep on my back. (Sorry for the bad English, it's not my mother tongue)

      @@mashtpotayto2068 yes. Ive still been doing the excericise (forgetting every few days) and my face is almost perfect. I also eat on both sides of my mouth which helped. (This transformation took just 2 weeks.

    this got me an instant result, it's not flawless yet, but much better. it felt specially hard to do the last 2 exercises on my right side, which is the more flawed one

    The only thing I love about the pandemic is I get to cover my face and avoid criticism. I have so many imbalances in my face. Cheeks, eyes, lips, almost freaking everything. I believe I have a droopy face, and my goal is to even out my cheeks. One is bigger and the other one is smaller. The other side is more upper the other side is more droopy same goes to my eyes. The problem is my uneven cheeks is very much noticeable even in reality. I hope this will fix my cheeks. If my cheeks is fixed I'll regain the confidence I lost. I hope this works

    the worst part it my mouth is slightly tilted and till now i thought it was a jaw problem. today i realized it was asymmetrical cheek fat distribution that was fucked up.

    Guys, I have really struggled with facial symmetry all through my life. I also had overbite and recessed chin. I got my teeth fixed (still some degree of overbite, but looks okay) and chin implants. Still facial asymmetry exists. Now, I am hoping these exercise would bring some harmony on face. I don't aspire to look super-modely, just a normal average pretty gal would do.

    Whoever reading this, this is just to let you know that i too go through the same problem but i don't have assymetrical eyes, just the f#$king cheeks. I don't socialize because i can't face someone with such an uneven face, when I'm looking back I've lost so many chances in my life...
    Accidentally i came across this video and thought of trying it, I've been doing those exercises for 2 days and
    1st day: I saw some extraordinary result
    2nd day: Not much(But i can now smile on both the sides which was really hard for me at first, and i got some courage from nowhere)
    [i'm gonna try this, doesn't matter how long it takes one day it'll work✌]

    I was doing a little bit of face yoga or relieving pain on my shoulder with stretching.
    Now my face is glowing even with the acne like it is looking✨️ clear✨️.
    My jaws ARE symmetrical NOW and I can feel the tension relieving day by day.
    BUT my main goal was to fix cheeks asymmetry and so I am gonna focus on my cheeks with this.My right cheek condition is really bad like my glasses become uneven coz of my cheek.
    I will come back after 1month ♡

      Its feel refreshing tho.

    I’m about to reach a month of doing it about twice daily and I definitely see improvements but you have to be consistent and it definitely will take more time depending on how bad the facial asymmetry is plus whether there are any other underlying issues like dental work that needs to be done etc.
