To those wondering, yes, it works. It may take a few weeks or maybe months of consistently doing this daily, but as long as you are activating the muscles as illustrated by the video, it should work for you. (Edit) To all those thanking me or who have asked me questions in the past 3 years; I actually have no idea what I’m talking about and I only attempted to do this for one day before giving up. BUT here’s what did actually help me: gaining some self-confidence and no longer obsessing over minute superficial details that make my face asymmetrical and ugly. There are far more valuable things to work on about yourself. Came here after doing it for almost a month straight. I did this 2 times in a row every night. My smile has become more even. I now look better in photos. I also suggest pairing this up with their 6 minute full face symmetry exercises.
Been 14 years.... i couldn't realise that my lips are uneven:'( but yesterday....i just flipped my selfie and i got to know i wasn't having well proportionate lips....in that 24 hours, every second felt like a curse:-(
so people, i know people all wrote here how they gonna give updates but they never came back, i have done these exercises once everyday, for a month and my uneven smile is %80 fixed. i will keep doing it for another month and won't probably update again but i'm here to say it really works. don't expect magic tho!!
For anyone that is uncertain if these exercises work, don't worry, they do :) I've been doing these exercises daily for the past month and half, and I've already seen the changes on my lips. My smile is crooked and the lower lip on the right side is lower than my left side. Now they are even, so trust me, it works.

Heyy, its because the mirror doesn't show how you really look. It shows you mirrored. But the thing is you think that your face is uneven because you are not used to seeing yourself not mirrored.

I've been doing this inconsistently (because I forget or am too lazy) for a while now, one part of my upper lip was higher than the other and now it is completely fixed! I'm still using this because when I smile with my mouth closed one side is more lifted than the other.

YOU SIR ARE FRICKIN’ AMAZING!! I’ve always had the right side of my upper lip sitting lower than my left side and hated how uneven they looked for yrs. Just after doing this a few times in a couple days I could tell my upper lip looked more even on both sides. My right side is still slightly looking lower but you can barely tell now. Thanks so much for this! I have felt insecure about my lips for such a long time since my lips are uneven! I will do this everyday and see what happens... I hope I will be able to fix this problem because it is the one thing I don't like about my face. And because of it, I feel like my entire face is "ugly", not only my lips.
I have tried it for two days now and I can already see results. Nothing too crazy, my lips are still uneven, but I would say that it looks a lot better already. I will update you guys at the end of the week, too.
Okay so update: I can already tell a slight difference in pictures. The slight difference is a huge deal for me though. I can tell that the right side of my lips is a lot more stiff and I can't move it as much as the left side, so massaging it feels very nice. That could be because I chew a lot more on my right side than on the left one (at least that's what I heard from another youtube video). I hope that I can fix this problem once and for all one day! (I'll be updating again in a week)
A Regular 21 year old here who never does comments or reviews, I didn’t believe this at first but I tried it again after a long time and it’s been 2 weeks roughly (04.03.21), and I can definitely see a slight adjustment as I have been keeping track with pictures + been sleeping on my back to help (I’ve just been doing it randomly throughout the day - like a few exercises from the video) but overall definitely do try this and be consistent. I’ve learnt it’s better to be consistent then just do it once or twice and expect magical result. Reason for trying this again was because of the online meetings and knowing that peeps see me flipped. XD
Update (10.03.21) though I’d come back and give a update - as I am keeping progress with images I can definitely see a small improvement since my last comment but over I am very happy with the outcome. As when I take pictures in reverse (iPhone camera) I am seeing better symmetry.
Update (15.03.21) hey guys if anyone has been keeping up, I’ve been finding it hard to remember to do and be consistent. I will try placing a image or marker somewhere to help remind me. (I’ve taken a random image today and can see a much better posture in my lips but still very heavy on one side but definitely better then how I started) I will try my best to keep posting updates.
Update (20.03.21) I think this has provided a change to the uneven lips, As the muscles have gotten stronger and tighten up with time. This week I’ve only done it twice and maybe this case caused a huge drop on the progress. Overall the lips use to sit like :( on the right side, and now sits like :| across the mouth on a resting face. (8/10) much happier tho :D hope my review and “test” has been useful for anyone reading.
Update (25.03.21) I was just thinking about this, I use to workout before lockdown (UK lockdown march2020) now my workouts have gone downhill, I use to practice a lot of these expressions while working out naturally but not as focused as now so my face wasn’t as wobbly because all the muscles where being used, but maybe because I’ve stopped working out and sleeping more/ lay down my muscles have weakened and taken the shape of the pillow. Progress so far - definitely an improvement from the beginning (I’ve said this in all my little update) but I think now the face workouts has reached their peak so muscles are remembering the same moves.(I also noticed some deeper dimples starting to appear when I smile not sure if that has to do with anything from these workouts or just age) I shall try find something new to shock the muscles but until the next update I shall carry these tiny workouts under my mask or while playing games. Thank you for reading I see I have a few likes now :), I appreciate all the support, be consistent and try switch it up here and there and maybe other things like food consumption or amount of times we workout out have an impact. Update (03.05.21) I just wanted to make this update because I completely stopped doing this as I just got busy with life. So did my lips go back to normal? Honestly, they just stayed the same as how it was a month ago. So yea this exercise does last a while. Is it worth doing? yes, you don’t really loose much. Good luck guys who are just starting ;) Extra info: I have slowly started working out a bit, so I guess the mouth movements are being implemented while performing certain moves , maybe this has a small effect on the results.

@@uuuuu9036 I do it on both sides at first. My right side is the main problem so I started focusing it on that side. Once I felt that they were balanced enough I started on both sides again. Hope this helps!
Really?? Did you add his asymmetrical jaw and All in one fix exercises as well with this Lip asymmetrical video?? I have my lips droopy that one side show a bit teeth and i know its due to my one side chewing habits but always faced TMJ. I wanna know if this will help
I hate my lips it’s like whenever a photo is taken my lips sag to one side and don’t look even which makes me so depressed that’s why I don’t like taking pictures anymore😭 but when I take a selfie it looks normal I hate the fact that I look so different when a picture is taken. gonna be completely honest here! his videos have greatly transformed my face it used to be very assymetrical so i tried a few of his videos and it has gotten a lot more better than before i dont hate taking pictures and its very acceptable
btw you have to be consistent i was not very consistent so whenever i got the chance to do it, i did it. (btw trust me your assymetrical face is very normal even tho i could see the difference everyone said it never looked weird)

Idk why but I was so stubborn like “no! I don’t believe in face yoga!” And I refused to do it but then I was so sad looking at my uneven face in the mirror so I finally gave in and tried it. Wow! I only did it 3 times a day for 2 days and I see SUCH A DIFFERENCE!!!!! I guess this means I’m going to be making stupid faces every day for my foreseeable future.
Sir Julia when I smiled one corner went upwards and the other corner went downwards. My nose was also crooked like I had a deviated septum. I’ve been doing these 2-5 times a day for 3 weeks and it really worked. Good luck to you as well :)

Yes.. it does work.... I started doing it one week ago when i took my own video to notice the asymmetry. I performed 7 exercises for 1 minute each for 4 times/day and in a week i can see the difference

I got into an accident at the age of 9, I fell off the terrace and cut my right side of the lip, inside and out. I got 18-19 stitches all together. From then on, my lips were always uneven and I would look ugly in photos and videos. These comments make me feel better knowing that I am not alone :) thank you for this video, I'll definitely try this out myself.

Yes it works it has been 2-3 months and my asymmetries are very less now and lips are almost symmetrical this also effects your other assymetries like before doing the exercises my most was also a little bent on one direction now it had gotten straighter

These exercises are amazing. And this man doesn't lie, daily steadiness is key. Really helped me out with my uneven facial structure. However, for those seeking results faster, I'd recommend chewing your food on the opposite side of your mouth. For example, I've always been chewing on the right side for as long as I can remember which gave me a pretty asymetrical face ( left side of my face was comparatively droopy to the right side ) because I've been building up the right side more than the left. It's like lifting 50 lbs with one arm and 10 lbs with the other. So I decided chewing on the left side and implementing these exercises and before I knew it, results appeared. But it took me a MONTH for me to be happy with my face. So yeah, daily steadiness is key. For those wondering, I exercised using this video and others from him up to 3 times a day: morning, evening, noon. And im still chewing with the left side but I try to balance it out..
The side of the face you're chewing on (in your case, the left side) may show more movement simply because the muscles on that side are working harder to grind the food. This can result in a subtle upward movement of that side of your face, including the lip, but it's generally not a dramatic or noticeable shift.

@@anonym5968 i have to admit that it takes some time for me to improve my unbalanced lips, at first you wont see any results and feel demotivated because you think it isnt working, but after around few weeks of doing 4-5 times per day (depends how hard you want to train your face), you will actually notice some results 😁💪

@@bluesandhues2740 for nose: nostril flaring throughout the day and flexing the tip of my nose, sometimes while poking the tip of my nose for resistance. For mouth/cheeks: go from big smile to making an “o” with your lips. Keeping the corners of my lips upturned while my face is in resting position as much as possible. Pulling my cheeks up as high as I can while exposing my top teeth but covering my bottom teeth with my bottom lips. Hold it as long as you can. Repeat. And holding my mouth to each side of my face for 2 minutes at a time. I hope this helps!
Brooooo this things really work!! I just noticed after a few times I did it!!! Some of ya'll say its bullsh*t cuz it didn't worked for you guys. But I think its more of if you just are like that, my thing has happened since I had an emergency surgery I just noticed my face was changing for worst and I just realized how asymmetrical my face was getting & and it wasn't always like that by looking through my old pics. I have cerebral palsy and it has caused the muscles in the left side of my face to be significantly weaker than my right side. As a result, the left side of my face is very slanted. I'm curious if these exercises work to fix and tone this side regardless of my condition. So far I'm 2 days into it, and I'll update this each week for 3-10 weeks! Week 1: I see a slight difference in the left side of my face! The corners of my mouth are evening out, and I'm actually starting to feel the muscles in my face working regardless of my muscle weakness. When I see myself in Google meets, the left side is more pleasing to look at. Also note that I'm doing his eye and jaw exercises as well! Week 2: Again, a slight difference. Even though the progress is slight, it's progress nonetheless! A quick tip for people who don't have iPhones and want to see their progress: Take a picture of yourself and then hold the picture you took in the reflection of a mirror. I noticed that the slant is becoming less noticeable. When I massage my face at the end, I'm actually starting to feel the muscles on my left cheek starting to work again!
I actually like my crooked smile, however it does make me mumble a but more, and as I'm working on getting more into Rapping, Singing, and Voice work, I care a bit more about that. well I didnt wana wait weeks or months for results so I decided I will do these exercises every hour, I began on Friday evening at 4:30 pm and now its Sunday 7:03 pm, and I have only done these exercises 7 times because I have been kinda busy dont really have the most free life style, and so far I havent noticed much of a change but on my 7th one which I just did I have noticed a small change but its very small change so my face is bassically still the same.
My bottom lip is uneven, like one side has more fat than the other, and when I look at pictures of myself from when I was really little its always been like that, so I don't think this will help but I'm going to try anyways

Okay y’all I can’t freaking believe this. Ive always had a crooked smile, making me look pained. I thought this was dumb pseudoscience but I was freaking wrong. Im so glad I gave it a try. Im 5 days in and I still have a crooked smile but it looks more like a cute flaw than a horribly pained expression now!! Give it a try if you are apprehensive. It works for me.
And now I'm gonna sleep peacefully after reading so many people complain about their crooked smile and their crooked face, I know I'm not alone 😂

so people, i know people all wrote here how they gonna give updates but they never came back, i have done these exercises once everyday, for a month and my uneven smile is %80 fixed. i will keep doing it for another month and won't probably update again but i'm here to say it really works. don't expect magic tho!!

Heyy, its because the mirror doesn't show how you really look. It shows you mirrored.
But the thing is you think that your face is uneven because you are not used to seeing yourself not mirrored.

I've been doing this inconsistently (because I forget or am too lazy) for a while now, one part of my upper lip was higher than the other and now it is completely fixed! I'm still using this because when I smile with my mouth closed one side is more lifted than the other.

YOU SIR ARE FRICKIN’ AMAZING!! I’ve always had the right side of my upper lip sitting lower than my left side and hated how uneven they looked for yrs. Just after doing this a few times in a couple days I could tell my upper lip looked more even on both sides. My right side is still slightly looking lower but you can barely tell now. I used to have to apply lipstick higher on my the right side of my upper lip to match my left side. I won’t have to do that anymore. Thank you! Thank you!!!! Love your videos!!

Thanks so much for this! I have felt insecure about my lips for such a long time since my lips are uneven! I will do this everyday and see what happens... I hope I will be able to fix this problem because it is the one thing I don't like about my face. And because of it, I feel like my entire face is "ugly", not only my lips.

Okay so update: I can already tell a slight difference in pictures. The slight difference is a huge deal for me though. I can tell that the right side of my lips is a lot more stiff and I can't move it as much as the left side, so massaging it feels very nice. That could be because I chew a lot more on my right side than on the left one (at least that's what I heard from another youtube video). I hope that I can fix this problem once and for all one day! (I'll be updating again in a week)

A Regular 21 year old here who never does comments or reviews, I didn’t believe this at first but I tried it again after a long time and it’s been 2 weeks roughly (04.03.21), and I can definitely see a slight adjustment as I have been keeping track with pictures + been sleeping on my back to help (I’ve just been doing it randomly throughout the day - like a few exercises from the video) but overall definitely do try this and be consistent. I’ve learnt it’s better to be consistent then just do it once or twice and expect magical result. Reason for trying this again was because of the online meetings and knowing that peeps see me flipped. XD
Update (10.03.21) though I’d come back and give a update - as I am keeping progress with images I can definitely see a small improvement since my last comment but over I am very happy with the outcome. As when I take pictures in reverse (iPhone camera) I am seeing better symmetry.
Update (15.03.21) hey guys if anyone has been keeping up, I’ve been finding it hard to remember to do and be consistent. I will try placing a image or marker somewhere to help remind me. (I’ve taken a random image today and can see a much better posture in my lips but still very heavy on one side but definitely better then how I started) I will try my best to keep posting updates.
Update (20.03.21) I think this has provided a change to the uneven lips, As the muscles have gotten stronger and tighten up with time. This week I’ve only done it twice and maybe this case caused a huge drop on the progress. Overall the lips use to sit like :( on the right side, and now sits like :| across the mouth on a resting face. (8/10) much happier tho :D hope my review and “test” has been useful for anyone reading.
Update (25.03.21) I was just thinking about this, I use to workout before lockdown (UK lockdown march2020) now my workouts have gone downhill, I use to practice a lot of these expressions while working out naturally but not as focused as now so my face wasn’t as wobbly because all the muscles where being used, but maybe because I’ve stopped working out and sleeping more/ lay down my muscles have weakened and taken the shape of the pillow.
Progress so far - definitely an improvement from the beginning (I’ve said this in all my little update) but I think now the face workouts has reached their peak so muscles are remembering the same moves.(I also noticed some deeper dimples starting to appear when I smile not sure if that has to do with anything from these workouts or just age)
I shall try find something new to shock the muscles but until the next update I shall carry these tiny workouts under my mask or while playing games.

Update (03.05.21) I just wanted to make this update because I completely stopped doing this as I just got busy with life. So did my lips go back to normal? Honestly, they just stayed the same as how it was a month ago. So yea this exercise does last a while. Is it worth doing? yes, you don’t really loose much. Good luck guys who are just starting ;)
Extra info: I have slowly started working out a bit, so I guess the mouth movements are being implemented while performing certain moves , maybe this has a small effect on the results.

See I started this because I had a habit of sucking my right lip due to which it is swollen so it was looking uneven now after two days of doing this exercise i feel like that certain section is more visible earlier it was not so please reply is it normal in the starting and it will gradually go away or should I just stop ... Idk why but I was so stubborn like “no! I don’t believe in face yoga!” And I refused to do it but then I was so sad looking at my uneven face in the mirror so I finally gave in and tried it. Wow! I only did it 3 times a day for 2 days and I see SUCH A DIFFERENCE!!!!! I guess this means I’m going to be making stupid faces every day for my foreseeable future.
Sir Julia when I smiled one corner went upwards and the other corner went downwards. My nose was also crooked like I had a deviated septum. I’ve been doing these 2-5 times a day for 3 weeks and it really worked. Good luck to you as well :)

You all should do this regularly !! Trust mee ! This isn't fake or something like that ! .. justt try this regularly and see the changes !... And one more thing . Don't fake smile ! Like to look good some people try to smile diffrent . Which further becomes there habbit and they become habitual of smiling like that.. so change the way you laugh ... I got into an accident at the age of 9, I fell off the terrace and cut my right side of the lip, inside and out. I got 18-19 stitches all together. From then on, my lips were always uneven and I would look ugly in photos and videos. CONCLUSION: I carried on for a week (after I stopped editing my progress) and this works EXTREMELY well I’ve done his other face symmetry exercises is well because it works so good. Another things that helps is stopping habits that cause an asymmetrical face (leaning on ur hand, chewing on one side etc) and also sleeping on ur back ! 💓

So one day sleep on ur left and then another on ur right but overall it’s been great I did this exercise twice everyday
Yes it works it has been 2-3 months and my asymmetries are very less now and lips are almost symmetrical this also effects your other assymetries like before doing the exercises my most was also a little bent on one direction now it had gotten straighter

These exercises are amazing. And this man doesn't lie, daily steadiness is key. Really helped me out with my uneven facial structure.
However, for those seeking results faster, I'd recommend chewing your food on the opposite side of your mouth. For example, I've always been chewing on the right side for as long as I can remember which gave me a pretty asymetrical face ( left side of my face was comparatively droopy to the right side ) because I've been building up the right side more than the left. It's like lifting 50 lbs with one arm and 10 lbs with the other. So I decided chewing on the left side and implementing these exercises and before I knew it, results appeared. But it took me a MONTH for me to be happy with my face. So yeah, daily steadiness is key.
For those wondering, I exercised using this video and others from him up to 3 times a day: morning, evening, noon.
And im still chewing with the left side but I try to balance it out..
My right side is fatter than left so on what side i should chew?

The side of the face you're chewing on (in your case, the left side) may show more movement simply because the muscles on that side are working harder to grind the food. This can result in a subtle upward movement of that side of your face, including the lip, but it's generally not a dramatic or noticeable shift.
Everyone should try this. the change is literally noticeable

@@anonym5968 i have to admit that it takes some time for me to improve my unbalanced lips, at first you wont see any results and feel demotivated because you think it isnt working, but after around few weeks of doing 4-5 times per day (depends how hard you want to train your face), you will actually notice some results 😁💪

@@bluesandhues2740 for nose: nostril flaring throughout the day and flexing the tip of my nose, sometimes while poking the tip of my nose for resistance.
For mouth/cheeks: go from big smile to making an “o” with your lips. Keeping the corners of my lips upturned while my face is in resting position as much as possible. Pulling my cheeks up as high as I can while exposing my top teeth but covering my bottom teeth with my bottom lips. Hold it as long as you can. Repeat. And holding my mouth to each side of my face for 2 minutes at a time. I hope this helps!

Brooooo this things really work!! I just noticed after a few times I did it!!! Some of ya'll say its bullsh*t cuz it didn't worked for you guys. But I think its more of if you just are like that, my thing has happened since I had an emergency surgery I just noticed my face was changing for worst and I just realized how asymmetrical my face was getting & and it wasn't always like that by looking through my old pics. So if you have always looked like that and you can feel its a Bonne asymmetrical thing then Idk what to tell you bro.

I have cerebral palsy and it has caused the muscles in the left side of my face to be significantly weaker than my right side. As a result, the left side of my face is very slanted. I'm curious if these exercises work to fix and tone this side regardless of my condition. So far I'm 2 days into it, and I'll update this each week for 3-10 weeks!
Week 1: I see a slight difference in the left side of my face! The corners of my mouth are evening out, and I'm actually starting to feel the muscles in my face working regardless of my muscle weakness. When I see myself in Google meets, the left side is more pleasing to look at. Also note that I'm doing his eye and jaw exercises as well!
Week 2: Again, a slight difference. Even though the progress is slight, it's progress nonetheless! A quick tip for people who don't have iPhones and want to see their progress: Take a picture of yourself and then hold the picture you took in the reflection of a mirror. I noticed that the slant is becoming less noticeable. When I massage my face at the end, I'm actually starting to feel the muscles on my left cheek starting to work again!

I actually like my crooked smile, however it does make me mumble a but more, and as I'm working on getting more into Rapping, Singing, and Voice work, I care a bit more about that. well I didnt wana wait weeks or months for results so I decided I will do these exercises every hour, I began on Friday evening at 4:30 pm and now its Sunday 7:03 pm, and I have only done these exercises 7 times because I have been kinda busy dont really have the most free life style, and so far I havent noticed much of a change but on my 7th one which I just did I have noticed a small change but its very small change so my face is bassically still the same.
My bottom lip is uneven, like one side has more fat than the other, and when I look at pictures of myself from when I was really little its always been like that, so I don't think this will help but I'm going to try anyways

Okay y’all I can’t freaking believe this. Ive always had a crooked smile, making me look pained. I thought this was dumb pseudoscience but I was freaking wrong. Im so glad I gave it a try. Im 5 days in and I still have a crooked smile but it looks more like a cute flaw than a horribly pained expression now!! Give it a try if you are apprehensive. It works for me.
