It’s so recognisable. We live aboard for 15 years. First night at a new location I hardly sleep when there’s no watch. After that ? Like a rock.. but a strange squeak, wind hauling, anything unusual wakes me up. I usually sleep late and dislike mornings, except those on which we leave and need to make the tide/bridge etc.. and then sailing at night, or very early morning close to nature, it’s beautiful. It’s a lifestyle you get used to. Love your videos.
How can you say that you're not a morning person , i used to wake up at 5am just to watch you and have coffee . You look very happy and that's makes you beautiful. So glad you both are enjoying yourselfs

The wifey and I absolutely luv your vids. We are in exactly the same position as you and Cole were last year, leaving corporate America. We're right there, on the cusp. Only problem.....we live in Canada. Our currency value sucks. $1.41 cdn for $1.00 USD. Love the leopards. So $400+k boats gonna be big $$ in our currency. (Gulp). do you know why we dont see much hammocks on boats anymore? i feel like it would work with the swaying and such, i had one in my van and it was amazing cuz the van would shake whenever there was wind or a vehicle passing by but in my hammock id maybe wiggle a bit but id keep on sleeping
Good question! I am not sure, I always wanted to get one for our boat to hang on the dinghy davit but I just have never spent the money on one. I bet you can get them pretty cheap too 🤷♂️
OMG, When I'm on the boat it's always my best sleep, love be rocked to sleep, sea air makes me breath better and feel better. Swimming everyday is exhaustive and really makes you sleep at night. Glad to see your comments and that you're enjoying life. Always remember stay ahead of the boat, don't let it get behind you. Be safe.
It seems like a great life for you. But you have a working breed dog. What does it get to do all day? They would normally require huge amounts of stimulation

Work! We work harder now than we ever did in corporate America but to be honest we meet so many people still working full-time from their boat. Check out the video we did a few months back that talks all about this!
Some people can care about multiple things at once. Us cruisers are not what the boomers used to be. My wife looks beautiful and busts her tail on the boat. Learn to have more pride in yourself. The boat doesnt change that.
