I've stayed thin and have maintained the same weight for over a decade now in my 30s by eating African food (boiled plantain and I don't eat rice often or bread at all. BecauseI eat a West African diet without the rice, I don't have to go to a gym at all and prefer walking as excercise). Men of all races want thin black women so much.
